New Hampshire has just passed a half-ass bill to ban vaccine passports. The bill has a bunch of problems. The bill does not include private businesses like Florida and Texas. It's only for public spaces owned by the state not private businesses. Schools, daycares, nursing homes, prisons, and mental health facilities can also mandate the vaccine.
