Only about 18 months later does the Speech with CNN here didn't make any sense to me...
Joey Biden states "I beat Medicare" (obviously blithering) not knowing what he said (but you and I know he was PROGRAMMED to say this).
President Trump interjects "you beat Medicaid" then goes on to talk about Afghanistan as his biggest failure that confuses the snot out of Joey, and then seems to ramble into Migrants. It made little sense to me at the time. Why was President Trump in July of 2024 going from Medicare to Medicaid to Afghanistan to Illegals (Migrants)?
MN Fraud will only be found out by the world in November and December of 2025! Brilliant! Guess what??? While MN might sit at about tens of bills (that's right!), IN is higher, OH is bigger, NY is much bigger. My prediction: CA will sit maybe 400-1 trillion dollars of complete and utter fraud yearly!
I have been trying to "Math" how we can delete the IRS into the ERS. We go from $5.1 trillion of IRS tax revenue down to $900 billion of Tariffs only (and maybe some Excise Taxation or other taxation that won't break the bank or people). What if the Fraud the states have been taking is in the range of 3-4 trillion every single year???
Goodbye IRS since Fraud kills off our need for it!!!

Smartmatic, let's look at the whole picture shall we:
Smartmatic, an election technology company founded in 2000 by Venezuelan engineers in the United States (initially headquartered in Florida,👉 now under UK-based holding 👑 company SGO Corporation Limited)👈
Hmmm 🤔 I wonder who hired those engineers...
It provided voting machines and services for multiple national elections there from 2004 to 2017, before publicly ceasing operations after alleging government manipulation in the 2017 Constituent Assembly election.
Besides Venezuela, Smartmatic has been involved in election technology deployments (including voting machines, biometric systems, results transmission, and support services) in numerous other countries:
Philippines: Major long-term partner since 2008, automating national elections starting in 2010. Smartmatic supplied vote-counting machines and services for multiple cycles, counting over 5 billion votes through 2022. However, this involvement has been highly controversial, including U.S. federal indictments (2024–2025) against company executives and the parent entity for alleged bribery and money laundering to secure 2016 contracts.
United States: Primarily in Los Angeles County (largest U.S. jurisdiction), where it developed and deployed a custom public-owned voting system (VSAP) since around 2018–2020, used in primaries, midterms, and general elections.
Earlier indirect involvement via acquisition/sale of Sequoia Voting Systems (2005–2007), which operated in multiple states.
United Kingdom: Provided electronic vote counting and results reporting, including for London mayoral and assembly elections (e.g., 2020–2021) in partnership with others.
Belgium: Long-term supplier since around 2012 for electronic voting systems.
Bulgaria: Deployed thousands of voting machines for multiple parliamentary and other elections.
Argentina: Assisted with results processing and transmission in general elections (e.g., 2019).
Other countries with documented deployments: Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Italy, Singapore, Estonia (online voting), Norway, Canada (municipal), and several in Africa including Kenya (biometric devices for general elections), Uganda, Zambia (biometric voter authentication), Benin, and ongoing projects in Sierra Leone.
Smartmatic claims operations or technology use in over 25–35 countries total.
If anyone thinks these machines were being controlled by one country, they are missing many pieces to this worldwide 🧩!
The question lies in who was controlling these countries?

SGO Corporation Limited:
Smartmatic's Parent Company
SGO Corporation Limited (often referred to simply as SGO) is the UK-based holding company that serves as the parent entity for Smartmatic, the multinational election technology and voting systems provider. The group of companies under SGO is commonly known collectively as "Smartmatic," "Smartmatic Group," or "SGO Group."
History and Formation
SGO was incorporated in the United Kingdom on December 23, 2010 (company number 07477910), initially under the name Smartmatic Limited before changing to SGO Corporation Limited in November 2014.
In 2014, Smartmatic CEO and co-founder Antonio Mugica partnered with British politician and diplomat Lord Mark Malloch-Brown (former UN Deputy Secretary-General) to launch SGO as a broader holding company. Its primary asset at launch was Smartmatic, with plans to expand into related areas like biometrics, online identity verification, internet voting, citizen participation, e-governance, and pollution control.
The structure shifted Smartmatic from its earlier U.S.-based origins to a more complex international arrangement, with👉 SGO headquartered in London.👈
Corporate Structure
SGO owns 100% of Smartmatic International Holding B.V. (a Dutch entity), which in turn owns subsidiaries like Smartmatic USA and others operating globally.
The overall group includes entities in the UK, Netherlands, USA (e.g., Boca Raton, Florida), Philippines, and elsewhere.
SGO functions as a venture capital and investor group focused on technology solutions at the intersection of government and society, with Smartmatic remaining its core and most prominent asset.
Leadership and Board (as of latest available information, up to 2025–2026) Antonio Mugica: Founder and CEO of Smartmatic; also CEO and director of SGO.
Roger Piñate: Co-founder and former COO/president of Smartmatic; director of SGO.
Former key figures:
Lord Mark Malloch-Brown served as chairman from 2014 until stepping down in December 2020.
Other past board members included Sir Nigel Knowles (resigned 2021), David Giampaolo (resigned 2017).
Recent records indicate the board is primarily led by Mugica and Piñate.
Ownership is private and described as an "international ownership structure comparable to many multi-national companies."
Specific shareholders are not publicly detailed beyond the founders however George Soros name has been linked to the board members on previous occasions.
Current Status (as of January 2026)SGO remains the parent company, with no reported changes in ownership or structure in 2025–2026.
It has been directly named in the October 2025 U.S. federal superseding indictment related to alleged bribery in Philippine contracts (alongside Smartmatic executives), where it is described as the entity commonly known as "Smartmatic.". This case will be tried mid 2026.
The company continues to operate through Smartmatic in jurisdictions like Los Angeles County (U.S.) and other international markets
You see folks if you follow the trail the crumbs will lead you to the truth!

🇺🇲 The Operation which "WAS" not Possible!
Last night’s operation was not simply a case of elite soldiers storming into a foreign country, seizing a target, and extracting him by force.
What the United States demonstrated was its true strategic strength. While rival powers such as Russia and China often emphasize military hardware through large parades and public exercises, America has long understood that wars are not won by numbers and equipment alone.
I can now for the first time ever report that "Operation Absolute Resolve" was a combined advanced cyber warfare and electronic pulse attack (EMP attack) alongside Delta Force incursions. Rather than overwhelming force, the focus was on systemic paralysis—neutralizing communications, navigation, and command-and-control capabilities before conventional forces ever moved.
For a critical window of time (42 mins) to be precise - Venezuela’s electronic infrastructure was effectively blinded. Power, communications, and military coordination were disrupted, leaving defensive systems unable to respond coherently. By the time senior officials realized the scope of what was happening, the operation was already concluding.
This would represent a mission unlike any other—one that prioritized intelligence, technology, and precision over spectacle. It was not about brute force, but about out-thinking the adversary.
America didn’t flex its muscles last night.
It used it's mind.

Pam Bondi's decision to not seek election interference charges:
Part 1 of 2
FYI
Capt Kyle discussed weeks ago that PDJT is working w Maduro, keep that in mind as I discuss possible strategies for the DOJ's charges.
This news headline above is meant to piss you off & deserves more context that doesn't feed on your emotions.
Let's dive in...
Bondi's decision to pursue charges against Maduro focused on narco-terrorism, drug trafficking, cocaine importation, possession of guns & destructive devices, & related human rights abuses (such as ordering kidnappings, beatings, & murders tied to drug operations) rather than election interference appears to be a calculated legal & strategic move.
This approach builds on a 2020 indictment from the Trump admin's 1st term, which was unsealed & superseded following Maduro's capture on 1/3/25.
Breakdown:
1. Evidentiary & Prosecutorial Strength Building on Established Cases Drug & Human Rights Charges Are Easier to Prove. The core of the 2026 indictment stems from a 2020 superseding indictment accusing Maduro of leading the "Cartel of the Suns," a narco-trafficking network involving Venezuelan officials & Colombian guerrilla groups like the FARC.
Evidence includes witness testimonies, financial records, & intercepted comms showing Maduro's regime allegedly flooding the US w over 200 tons of cocaine since 1999, generating billions in profits while corrupting Venezuelan institutions.
Human rights abuses are intertwined, with allegations that Maduro & his wife, Cilia Flores, ordered violent acts against debtors or rivals in the drug trade, including kidnappings & murders.
These charges are supported by years of DEA investigations, bounties ($15 million on Maduro since 2020), & international partnerships, making them "slam-dunk" in terms of admissible evidence.
Contrast with Election Interference:
Charges for interfering in U.S. elections (e.g., under laws like the Foreign Agents Registration Act, campaign finance statutes, or 18 U.S.C. § 371 for conspiracy) would require proving direct intent & actions affecting U.S. votes.
Pursuing this could involve classified intelligence, risking disclosure issues, potentially leading to acquittals or dismissals.
Strategy Insight:
By sticking to drug & human rights charges, Bondi's DOJ leverages existing, robust evidence to maximize conviction chances. This avoids the risk of overreaching with charges that might fail in court, preserving resources. It's a pragmatic approach, ensuring Maduro faces life imprisonment (narco-terrorism carries up to life sentences) without diluting the case.
2. Avoiding Head-of-State Immunity & International Law Complications
Immunity for Official vs. Personal Acts Under customary international law & U.S. precedents (e.g., the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act), sitting or former heads of state enjoy immunity for "official acts" but not for private crimes like drug trafficking.
Drug offenses are treated as personal profiteering, not state policy, stripping immunity. Human rights abuses, especially those violating jus cogens norms (e.g., torture or extrajudicial killings), are universally prosecutable, as seen in cases like Augusto Pinochet's extradition battles or Charles Taylor's war crimes trial.
Election Interference as a Potential "Official Act":
Interfering in foreign elections could be framed as a state intelligence operation, potentially invoking immunity. Prosecuting it might require arguing it's not "official," but this is untested for heads of state. Historical U.S. cases against foreign actors for election meddling (e.g., Russian operatives) targeted lower-level agents, not leaders, to avoid diplomatic fallout.
Charging Maduro here could invite challenges under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations or UN norms.

Pam Bondi's decision to not seek election interference charges:
Part 2 of 2
Strategy Insight:
Opting for drug & human rights charges sidesteps immunity defenses, allowing extradition-like proceedings (Maduro was captured via military operation, but charges justify detention). This frames the prosecution as apolitical criminal justice, reducing risks of international courts (e.g., ICC) intervening.
Now here's where the court of public opinion comes into play...
Domestic Political Considerations:
In a polarized U.S., election-related charges might fuel accusations of "lawfare" (weaponizing justice), especially post-2024 election disputes. Bondi's DOJ might avoid this to maintain focus on domestic priorities like deportations or fentanyl crackdowns.
Strategy Insight:
This choice claims "neutrality" while achieving the goal of removing Maduro. It avoids the "can we do this to anyone?" question, preventing a slippery slope where adversaries target U.S. leaders (e.g., via Interpol red notices). By emphasizing drugs & human rights, the administration portrays the action as humanitarian and anti-crime, appealing to voters & allies without escalating to broader geopolitical indictments.
4. Diplomatic and Geopolitical Leverage Framing for International Support:
Drug charges tie into global anti-narcotics efforts, gaining buy-in from partners like Colombia or the EU. Human rights abuses invoke U.S. sanctions under the Magnitsky Act, justifying the capture as protecting Venezuelans from a "narco-dictator."
Election interference, however, might alienate neutrals by seeming U.S.-centric.
Now here's where it gets interesting...
Bargaining Chip in Negotiations:
Not pursuing election charges could be part of a plea deal or intelligence exchange, remember the red folders👈
Maduro most likely is cooperating on exposing U.S. traitors or Smartmatic ties in exchange for leniency.
This keeps options open for broader revelations without formal charges.
Strategy Insight:
In Trump's "America First" framework, this prioritizes tangible wins (e.g., oil access, reduced migration) over symbolic ones.
Capturing Maduro disrupts Venezuelan oil flows potentially, but drug charges justify it as countering a "campaign of deadly narco-terrorism."
It also signals to other leaders (e.g., in Cuba, as Trump hinted) that drug/human rights violations are red lines, without inviting election meddling countersuits.
When evidence for election interference emerges at a later time, it could be added via superseding indictment, but starting narrow minimizes risks.👈
In summary, Bondi's strategy likely emphasizes winnable, immunity-proof charges to ensure accountability while mitigating legal, diplomatic, & precedential pitfalls.
This "criminal over political" framing secures a conviction, advances U.S. interests, & avoids entangling the DOJ in uncharted territory – a hallmark of cautious prosecutorial tactics in high-stakes international cases.
Remember we want winnable cases not just arrests!
