Hidden bearish divergences on several timeframes, SPX going for a new local low, DXY bouncing...

I think we see another sell-off below $60k.

We saw another sell-off below $60k, as was likely. Price took some more liquidity from there and bounced. Now the question is... is the local bottom in?

There's still a lot of liquidity between $57k-59k, and now more from early longs, and this looks like a DCB. It's possible that we see another dump to this zone to take even more liquidity and shakeout the early longs, but could not happen as well.

Well, there's always going to be a narrative.


Wars are created by those in power, in order to gain more power and satisfy their egos. They don’t care about people suffering, only about themselves. They also divide people into two sides. But there are two real sides: those who create the war, and those who suffer.

Putting a flag on your profile picture or arguing with anonymous people on the internet won't help; it will only create more division.

I encourage all who are able to consider supporting relief efforts, which are crucial in providing aid to those affected by the war. Money donated through official channels often gets lost along the way. If you can donate directly, that's perfect. And if you can help someone nearby who is directly affected, even better. But if not, the best thing you can do is dedicate your energy to maintaining a positive attitude and doing good for your close ones.

The war has been ongoing for several weeks already and it was one of the potential reasons to see a correction. If you preferred to ignore it just because the price was going up, that's on you. But some others tried to warn about it.

So there's little we can do about it, except to adapt.

4th Bitcoin Halving is complete. What to expect now?

Miners now receive half the reward, so they often sell part of their reserves to cover expenses. Yesterday, the price bounced from the liquidity zone, reaching $65k. Then it started reversing. This bounce looks like a dead cat bounce (DCB) caused by a short squeeze, rather than the beginning of a reversal.

There's still a lot of liquidity between $57k-59k, so it's likely that we see another sell-off to this zone. Depending on the market's reaction there, we could witness the formation of a local bottom.

It went lower before but just reached the main resistance.

Current situation:

The market has been recovering since BTC took part of the liquidity below $60k. Some altcoins made a new low but others didn't. This was expected (see the idea of the replied post and other updates)

However, BTC left liquidity at $57k-$59k and the bounce is overextended now. We could expect another retracement, but this move down could not reach new lows, just form a higher low.

Whether BTC and the rest of the market makes a new local low or a higher low, after this possible next pullback, it might be a good time to add exposure to the market, especially to low caps. If that happens I will be buying some and will share the setups.

Using SOL as an example. It tested the $130-140 support level perfectly and bounced from there. Now what I expect is a retest, forming a higher low. During that move, some altcoins could make a new low. BTC could test the $57k-$59k level with a wick or also form a higher low.
