So these are the 3 tasks for the next two weeks. Pick one and work on it. I would like to hear what you picked and learned at the end of next week.

1. Make a list of the talents you already have and talents you still want to develop. Develop a new skill that you will find useful in your future family.

2. Think about what you can do to get physically fitter. Improve your health by developing and following a regular fitness program, and by learning to prepare healthy foods and eat healthily.

3. Practice living righteous principles, for example by being more selective about television programs, music, books, and other media, or by working on your demeanor, language, or honesty.

Friendship in relationships.

Your social environment is very important, friends can exert a lot of influence on yourself and your partner and they can be even part of your future with their kids and your kids, it can be a blessing but also it can be a problem. Today's "friending" culture has obscured true, profound friendship and the unholy society we live in, which makes these influences more important than ever.

"It is not good for man to be alone" Genesis 2:18

-Friendships of the partner.

One should endeavor to guard and help cultivate virtuous and holy friends of their partner, as they are essential to their growth and stability. The greatest friendships are those grounded in Christ.

About those friends who aren’t virtuous for them, one should carefully act on that, but the gravity should be proportional to how objectively bad they are and moderated on how much attachment your partner has with them. One should help them to seek better relationships while slowly moving away those which won't help them to be a saint.

As for mixed-sex relationships, both parties should be clear on the boundaries of those relationships, which by its very nature are more dangerous than same-sex relationships.

33 Do not be deceived: ‘Bad company ruins good morals.’ 1 Corinthians 15:33

-Your Friendships.

Remember to keep your virtuous and holy friendships. Many will get so involved with their partner that they end up alone, without friends. Reach out to the friends who make you a more pious person, and nurture these relationships so that they can positively influence you.

If you are the one with not-so-virtuous friendships and your partner has commented on it, you should meditate on how weak and how easily influenced by the world man truly is, especially in moments of moral vulnerability. Think about the influences on you, if there are secondary reasons if they really will help you to be a better and more holy person, et cetera...

It's okay to help others, but when practically all of society goes against your desires to be more holy and chaste, these friends can easily turn you to the world instead of you turning them to God. Are you helping to change them, or are they changing you? Pray for them, at the very least.

20 He that walketh with the wise shall be wise: a friend of fools shall become like to them. Prov. 13: 20

In general both should have at least more virtuous friendships than non-virtuous ones and those who are not, at least to support you, if they invite you to sin, that's a red flag, that should be ended. if there is not that balance, one should act until we reach that position.

@worthfightingfor_telegram Should be the other way around. People these days refuse to embrace responsibilities , the result is childlike adults that let themselves be ruled by their bad habits. An environment where cost of living is high and it's hard to find and keep meaningful relationships makes the problem even worse. What do you guys think?

There is something so beautiful about a woman who remains positive even in the worst of times. She embraces and supports her husband when trouble arises, she hugs her children and whispers words of pragmatic wisdom and comfort that only a mother can give. WOMEN & CAREER
Most women today think that career is unisex and important for a happy life. But that's not true. Because they focus on their career, most women miss the moment when they should search for a men. They think they're gonna be young and pretty forever. In their 30s, they will realize that the wish to have kids was always there and they see that they're not as pretty and young as they used to be 10 years ago. So they begin to panic and search for a man. Most of them still think that they could date Brad Pitt and George Clooney, and reject every other men who's not like their heroes. In the end some take a man they hate and have a divorce 5 years later or don't take a man and say that they're happy. Most of them end alone as feminists with a lot of cats, who make men responsible for their decisions/problems. Don't be like these women. Women don't like it or better their nature doesn't like it if the women has more power or money than her...

...husband and identifys herself with the leading role. Women want to be led. That doesn't mean that you can't work, you just need to be careful, especially in today's society with the promotion of women in the jobs, that you don't earn more than your husband.
