🥀 Today marks 76 years since the 1948 (31st October-November 1st) Houla Massacre in Lebanon by the Israeli army, the first massacre in Independent Lebanon.

📷: Plaque showing commemoration of victims the Massacre.

During Operation Hiram in October 1948, Israeli forces took control of 15 Lebanese villages in the South, extending to the Litani River, and largely sought to depopulate these. Hula being one of them captured without resistance

Women & children were expelled, most of the men aged between 15- 60 were captured without a clue on what to do with them.

According to a letter from Lebanon to the UN, addressed to the UNSG in 1998, the Israeli army executed the remaining children, young persons, older & disabled persons.

(continued from th Hula massacre)

While waiting for instructions, IDF soldiers had rounded up the remaining victims, shot at them with machine guns and blew up the building they were kept captive in.

Shmuel Lahis, the only soldier that was trialled, was given a sentence of 7 years, dividing the Israeli community. His sentence was appealed and reduced to 1 year which was later revoked & given pardon by President Ben Zvi.

Lahis would go on to become the director of the Jewish Agency while no justice has been given to the victims nor to Lebanon.

‼️ After a a full day of trying to gain advance and occupy the Khiyam prison hill, the IDF retreated again and fired 20 phosphorus shells to burn and kill anyone there.

Using phosphorus on humans and cities might amount to a war crime.

📸 Throughout the last hours, the Israeli army has been attacking and destroying countless buildings in Nabatieh and Beirut, in what they claim is revenge for the 7 carcases yesterday.

The hypocrite army who has been killing daily countless Lebanese civilians, is "avenging" a few carcasses by attacking on a widescale uninvolved civilian buildings and towers in Beirut and Nabatieh city

The IDF vows to respond to Hezbollah's deadly rocket attacks on northern Israel today.

"Hezbollah rockets killed 7 innocent civilians inside Israel today. We will not let Hezbollah’s deadly attacks go unanswered," the IDF says in an unusual English-language post on X.
❗️Do you know, that more Lebanese children have been killed and injured since last year than the total collective number of Israeli announced deaths and injuries both military and civilian in the past year?

Israelis, Jews, are hypocrites and evil. They are demons and hounds of hell, may they never witness any comfort or ease in life till they reach hellfire for eternity.

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 5 of the rotten carcasses yesterday in Metulla fell in a self-designated military zone by Israel itself.

The IDF themselves designated this area is a fully military restricted zone, and has been using the settlement and its surrounding areas as a military staging ground for the ground invasion in Lebanon.

Farmers sitting on the front, the literal most active front now on the whole border is on them.

In Lebanon, there is 25 farmers (and their families) missing in Wazani and the IDF isn't allowing the UN to check on them nor disclose if they were kidnapped by Israel.

There is a dozen in Wata el-Khiyam, etc. no Lebanese is working on the fields. Yet Israeli's arrogance think they can work safety on the frontline in a self-designated military zone?

As for the Palestinians (1948) and Druze (the Arabs of Israel), no tears shed

They have been silent for a full year on what's happening in Gaza and in Lebanon, they have not once protested, even peacefully, to stop the war and tried to put internal pressure on Israel.

Not once they dared to risk the life of luxury and comfort for the sake the 200,000 killed and injured and the whole countries destroyed in Gaza and Lebanon.

Generations as a whole in Gaza lost and scared for life. Thousands of Lebanese youth and countless families lost.

But hey, they stayed loyal in working in every sector in Israel, including hospitals where they have done great work saving the lives of countless Israel soldiers or in contractor companies building Israeli bases, keeping the economy of Israel in good condition.

Do you know it was Arabs who repaired the Israeli Golani base after a drone strike from Lebanon?

Either stand up and voice about what's happening, or move away and stop getting in harms way.

🇮🇱l🇺🇸 Palestinian Journalist on Al-Jazera:

"They talk day and night about the need to separate the fronts, and to stop Lebanon from the Gaza front!

Why doesn't anyone talk about separating the American front from Israel, which it supports with thousands of ships and aircraft carrying weapons? Why does Blinken speak as if he were an officer in the Israeli army?"

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 Across Lebanon's border villages, at least 5,868 buildings have been left in ruins, 80% of them since the invasion began on 1-Oct.

In some places, such as the villages of Ayta al-Shab and Kfar Kila, nearly half of all structures are gone.

Many village centers have been erased, and the destruction mostly through controlled demolitions after extensive wave of airstrikes
