Isn't an update from the latest, it's a new base. It means clean flash. Try Android 13 QPR1 Beta 1 on Pixl. In this version, the first boot is it in initial (home), read how to login & safetynet in"Properly Flash" guide.

Read carefully the Pixl installation guide to properly works and enjoy the ROM.
