An Appeal To Pragmatism
‘I will permanently pause migration from all Third world Countries
On our part it is important that we stress ‘all means all’. Third World goes beyond the criminal stretches of Caribbean and African soil; it goes beyond cartel territory; it is also scam-slums in Asia; visa-cheating India and welfare-draining, region-invading Mexico.
Whether or not his initial actions includes them, we should encourage it and explain why, discuss how. INA s. 212f, for example, gives him the authority to suspend nations proven net negative, so we provide proof. Acts of Congress like Chip Roy's PAUSE act are helpful add-ons for us to promote.

Prescott F. Hall, co-founder of the famed immigration restriction league and lawyer behind the Immigration Act of 1917 which cut millions away, lists what makes an immigrant undesirable (besides their race).

Whatever their flaws and occasional lapse in judgement, it is wrong to say this admin is doing nothing or is choosing not to. The executive branch under Trump is the only thing in the way of courts, churches, local governments and law enforcement that would rather continue cancer than cure it.

Tom Homan says he expects most third world migrants would face deportation after their reexamination under Trump.
‘You think El Salvador or Turkey or Sudan or any of these countries have the checks that we have? Do you think China, Russia, Turkey are going to share that data with us even if they did have it? There’s no way to clearly vet these people 100%...I truly think most of them are going to be deported.’

‘We have enough problems. We don't want those people. No time limit. Because many have been no good. People from countries that are not friendly to us and are out of control, like Somalia. We don't want them here. Crime ridden countries, countries that don't do well, we don't want their people.’

‘Reverse migration means get people out of our country, get them out of here, a lot of people, millions that shouldn't be here.’

Many have asked why Trump, despite the largest deportation effort on record, is not targeting employers. It's another law and court problem we must overturn head on.
‘Under 15 employers a year’ are prosecuted for hiring illegals since the practice became federally unlawful in 1986. The big majority of these only face fines. The law says you are guilty if you ‘knowingly employ’ illegals, which is both difficult to prove and easily dismissed by judges and lawyers alike.
An effort to change the law itself, expand punishment for egregious complicity in illegals staying inside the United States, thus to include politicians and employers, should be pursued at a state & federal level.

There are almost 4 million migrants with a refugee-status in America and then around 2 million pending asylum requests, so this wide review affects 6 million migrants. The green card population is at 12 million.
Noem says “we are going to go through every asylum claim” and start a review of people from travel banned nations, a list that is expected to, and should, expand.

Migrant lawyers say the DHS is rendering court-ordered protection for immigrants ‘virtually meaningless’ as ICE under Trump is keeping migrants detained ‘indefinitely’ until they can be deported anywhere, even when a judge tries to demand otherwise.
