Meat-producing giant JBS USA said in a press release that all of its global facilities are fully operational after a cyberattack that occurred earlier this week.
🤔 How about...?

US Senators Bob Menendez and Lindsey Graham have proposed the creation of a regional nuclear fuel bank as an alternative to the 2015 Iran nuclear agreement.

This new approach would allow the nuclear issue to "multilateralize" and stop the nuclear arms race in the Middle East while finding bipartisan support in the US, according to the senators.

🗣 "If the Iranian leaders truly desire a peaceful nuclear program, then they ought to welcome the creation of a nuclear fuel bank for the Persian Gulf region," the senators wrote on Thursday.
🇮🇱 US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin in a meeting with his Israeli counterpart Benny Gantz called on Israel and the Palestinian Hamas movement to build on the latest ceasefire to ensure lasting security in the region.
Donald Trump will reportedly address another Conservative Political Action Conference, this time themed as "America UnCanceled," in July.

🤔Mike Pence has no idea if he and Donald Trump will “ever see eye to eye” over the riot on the Capitol.

The former vice-president has called on the nation to move on from “dark and tragic” events such as the unrest which took place on 6 January.

“You know, President Trump and I have spoken many times since we left office. And I don't know if we'll ever see eye to eye on that day. But I will always be proud of what we accomplished for the American people over the past four years,” he said during a speech to the annual GOP Lincoln/Reagan Dinner in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Anthony Fauci has urged China to release the medical records of nine people, which may shed light on whether the coronavirus first emerged as the result of a lab leak.

Three of those to have been infected are researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China and the other six are miners who investigated the bat cave before getting sick.

In the wake of Fauci's email having been leaked, the top medical adviser says he still believes the virus came from animals.

In one of the alleged emails, Peter Daszak, the head of EcoHealth Alliance - a non-profit organisation with ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology - reportedly thanks Fauci for downplaying the possibility that COVID-19 could have escaped from a lab.

Here’s one plan by the Dems that could affect the whole US electoral system.

Joe Biden pledged this week to fight the Republican-proposed plan to place new limits on elections. He slammed it as a “sick” and “un-American assault” on voting rights.

But let’s hear another side of this story.

A member of the Arizona House of Representatives, Mark Finchem, has spoken out about the possible consequences if Democrats ban the restrictions. How might it change the federal system, or affect election results in Republican and swing states? And would these states be able to get the electoral initiative passed which opposes the Dems’ agenda?
Next time!

The former president continues to rip Facebook‘s decision to extend his ban until at least 2023.

🗣 “Next time I’m in the White House there will be no more dinners, at his request, with Mark Zuckerberg and his wife. It will be all business!”
A monument to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been installed in Geneva, ahead of the Russia-US summit.

The campaign "Geneva Call for the Release of Assange" said the move is driven by the "humanitarian values rooted in Geneva, City of Peace and Human Rights".

The makeshift monument "AnythingToSay" is a tribute not only to Assange but also to whistleblowers Chelsea Manning and Edward Snowden.
🇦🇿🇦🇲 Acting US Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Reeker will travel to Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia on June 6-13, the State Department said on Friday.
🚓 US Border Patrol officers in the Laredo Sector of Texas have announced an over 900% increase in arrests of illegal immigrants.

In a Thursday release, a Customs and Border Protection statement noted that since the beginning of this fiscal year, nearly 760 illegal immigrants have been arrested by Laredo Sector-based agents, while 60 arrests occurred over the same time frame last year.

Smugglers would leave children in one part of the border to distract law enforcement, and drop adults at the uncompleted border wall, according to the sources.
Political comeback continues!

Donald Trump will deliver on Saturday his second major public address since leaving the White House in an effort to consolidate his position at the helm of the Republican Party ahead of 2022 and 2024 election campaigns.

Trump is likely to attack Biden for easing immigration restrictions, swelling budget expenses, retracting government support for the oil and gas industries, trying to revive the 2015 nuclear agreement with Iran and abandoning a hard line position toward China.
