🤥 The United States is afraid crimes committed by Ukraine's Azov nationalists (terrorist organization, banned in Russia) will be made public, the Russian Embassy to the US said in a statement on Telegram.
▪️ Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) leader Denis Pushilin earlier said the DPR authorities would not delay the international tribunal for war criminals in the republic. He said the DPR Foreign Ministry is working to invite the international community to take part in the tribunal.
🗯 "We have taken note of another groundless accusation against our country related to the Tribunal over Ukrainian war criminals. The upcoming Trial is aimed at bringing justice to war criminals, among which there are Nazis from the Azov Regiment. Washington is clearly afraid of making public the evidence of the inhumane acts committed by the members of this terrorist organization," the embassy said.

🤔 Elements within the US government have put the world on the edge of war due to reckless policy decisions with respect to the situations in Ukraine and Taiwan, former Virginia State Senator Richard Black told Sputnik.
🗯 "There are elements of the American government that are quite irresponsible right now. And they do reckless things. They're doing them in Ukraine, and they're doing them with Taiwan. And they're being recklessly provocative," Black said. "When a nation like the United States is reckless, when they gamble that they can do something that's provocative, then they depend on the sound judgment of the other country... and that's a very dangerous thing to do, because either side can make mistakes."
▪️ Black said he shares former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger's concerns that the US is on the edge of war with Russia and China over issues "we partly created ourselves," without any idea where this is going to end or even where it is supposed to lead to.

🤨 The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) told its agents not to probe first son Hunter Biden’s so-called “laptop from Hell” for months, the New York Post has reported.
▪️ The newspaper referred to Republican Senator Ron Johnson’s letter to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz, in which the GOP member in particular cited “individuals with knowledge” as saying that “local FBI leadership” had slow-walked the laptop investigation after the computer was recovered from a Delaware repair shop in December 2019.
🗯 “These new allegations provide even more evidence of FBI corruption and renew calls for you to take immediate steps to investigate the FBI’s actions regarding the laptop,” Johnson wrote, referring to Horowitz.

▪️ Embattled police chief Pete Arredondo, accused of botching the response to a lone gunman assault on a public school which resulted in the fatal shooting of 19 schoolchildren and two teachers in Uvalde, Texas, has been fired.
▪️ Arrendondo received much of the blame for his officers’ 77-minute delay in tackling the teenage assailant and he is the first officer to have been dismissed.
▪️ Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District's board of trustees voted unanimously to fire Pete Arredondo. The decision generated cheering in the auditorium during the meeting; some in the audience jeered at him, shouting “Coward!”
▪️ At the same time, Arredondo’s lawyers, who were not at the meeting, called him “a courageous officer,” and condemned his firing as "an unconstitutional public lynching."
