According to Vladimir Rogov, a senior official in the Zaporozhye regional government, the Ukrainian troops have damaged the last high-voltage communication link which connects the Zaporozhye NPP to Ukraine's power transmission system.

According to the head of Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, one motorway section of the bridge is "visually intact".
