▪️ The Associated Press has fired a journalist who wrote last week that Russian missiles allegedly "crossed the border of NATO member Poland, killing two people", US media reported, citing sources.

📌 On November 15, two missiles fell on Polish territory on the border with Ukraine, killing two people. Initially, Warsaw said that the missiles were Russian-made but later added that there was a high probability that they were shot by Ukrainian air defense forces working to intercept incoming Russian missiles. The Russian Defense Ministry said no strikes had been carried out on targets near the Ukrainian-Polish border.

🇵🇱 Russian pranksters Lexus and Vovan contacted Polish President Andrzej Duda shortly after a recent incident, where a stray Ukrainian missile hit Poland.

▪️ Posing as French President Macron, the pranksters asked the Polish president who, in his opinion, was to blame for what had happened.

▪️ The Polish leader said that in his opinion, the missile might belong to Russia, but that he was refraining from making accusations until the circumstances were clarified. Duda also said that in a conversation with Zelensky, his Ukrainian counterpart had expressed complete confidence that Moscow was fully responsible for the incident on the border, without waiting for the results of the investigation, adding that it couldn’t have been a Ukrainian missile.

▪️ As a result of the investigation, it was later revealed that the missile that hit the territory of Poland belonged to Ukraine.

🇵🇱 The President of Poland, in a conversation with Russian pranksters Lexus and Vovan, who introduced themselves as Emmanuel Macron, said that he doesn’t want to be at war with Russia, adding that he doesn’t seek escalation with Moscow.

▪️Moreover, Andrzej Duda said that Vladimir Zelensky had accused Moscow of the missile incident near on the Polish border before the results of an official investigation and added that Kiev had evidence that Russia was to blame for what had happened.

▪️Later, the world community admitted that the missiles were Ukrainian, while Kiev did not provide any evidence to prove the opposite.

🇮🇷 Iran's permanent mission to the UN has requested a joint expert meeting with Ukraine to remove misunderstanding caused by media reports about Tehran's alleged plans to produce Iranian drones in Russia for their use in the Ukrainian conflict, Iranian news agency reported on Tuesday, citing the mission.

▪️ Last week, media reported, citing intelligence data from the United States and its allies, that Moscow and Tehran had agreed to start manufacturing Iranian combat drones in Russia, with the production expected to be launched within several months.

▪️ Western countries have repeatedly accused Iran of supplying combat drones to Russia for the latter's special military operation in Ukraine. No concrete evidence has been presented yet, with both Moscow and Tehran denying the allegations as false.
