❗️The Russian MoD’s briefing on the progress of the special military operation in Ukraine:

▪️In the DPR, Russian troops continue their offensive: More than 60 Ukrainian sоldiers and five armored fighting vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed in a day;

▪️A Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group was destroyed in the area of Novodarovka, Zaporozhye region. More than 40 Ukrainian troops were killed and wounded, three armored vehicles, MT-LB and four pickup trucks were destroyed;

▪️Russian troops repelled a Ukrainian attack in the direction of Pavlovka in the DPR. As a result of a pre-emptive fire raid, the enemy reserves moving out of the settlement of Ugledar were defeated;

▪️As a result of Russian artillery fire in this direction, more than 30 Ukrainian troops, two cars and one mortar were destroyed;

▪️Near Krasny Liman, up to 20 Ukrainian troops, three mortar crews and two cars were destroyed;

▪️Russian forces hit the command post of the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the village of Volnyansk, Zaporozhye region;

▪️In the area of Nikolaevka in the DPR, an AN / TPQ-37 counter-battery radar was destroyed;

▪️Two depots of missile and artillery weapons and ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed in the LPR and Zaporozhye region;

▪️Russian air defense systems shot down five UAVs

⚡️Latest statements by Russia's President Vladimir Putin during a meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO):

▪️Russia will contribute to the stabilization of the situation in Afghanistan. A current priority task is the formation of an inclusive government in the country;

▪️The use of CSTO forces in Kazakhstan has been analyzed - Russia supports the decision to equip CSTO forces with modern weapons;

▪️The situation in Afghanistan remains difficult, the threat of infiltration of militants into CSTO countries is still high;

▪️Hopefully decisions on border delimitation, humanitarian issues will allow Baku, Yerevan to reach a peace treaty.

⚡️An update from Russia's MoD:

▪️On Wednesday, as a result of the negotiations with Kiev, 35 Russian soldiers were released. They were in mortal danger in captivity;

▪️All released Russian troops are provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance;

▪️Released Russian troops will be delivered to Moscow by military planes for treatment and rehabilitation.
