📹: A group of young Black women attacked students of Asian descent on a SEPTA train in Philadelphia.

In a video on social media, the females can be seen yelling at a group of men and punching one of them. The attackers then turn to a woman standing nearby and physically assault her, pulling her by the hair, shoving her to the ground and kicking her.

The incident reportedly happened around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday on the Broad Street Line. Police say that they have made “progress” identifying the attackers.

😳 The CDC has found 15 mysterious vials in a storage freezer in a facility that conducts vaccine research in Pennsylvania. Five of the vials were reportedly labelled "smallpox" and 10 were labelled "vaccinia".

The discovery prompted a lockdown of the facility.

There was "no indication" that anyone has been exposed to the vials, the agency told CNN.

🇦🇫 The US may send some Afghan refugees at a military base in Kosovo back home if they fail the vetting process to get into America, CNN has reported, citing US officials.

Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo currently hosts some 200 evacuees, with authorities agreeing to house them for up to a year.

Yet some American officials are concerned that if evacuees are not cleared to enter the US, they could end up waiting in the facility indefinitely – or be returned back to Afghanistan, according to the report.

A 46 percent plurality of registered US voters eyeing the 2022 elections at the midpoint of the Biden presidency would prefer that Republicans regain control of both the US House of Representatives and Senate, a Quinnipiac University poll said.

"Among registered voters, 46-41 percent say they would like the Republican Party to win control of the US House of Representatives and 46 - 42 percent say they want to see the Republican Party win control of the US Senate," a press release explaining the poll said.
