Mirzoyev has been formally charged, the court told Sputnik.

The prosecution has filed a petition to arrest the third suspect in the Crocus Concert Hall terrorist attack case, his surname is Fariduni, Sputnik was informed in court

The fourth suspect charged in the Crocus Concert Hall terrorist attack case is named Muhammadsobir Faizov, the court said.

Fariduni worked at a parquet plant in the city of Podolsk and was registered in Krasnogorsk, where the terrorist attack took place.

He is temporarily unemployed, before that he worked in a barbershop in Ivanovo, and is registered in the same city.

While aircraft systems have become much more sophisticated since the days of World War I and are a considerable boon for pilots and navigators today, the importance of the human factor cannot be ignored, says veteran Russian combat aircraft pilot Maj. Gen. Vladimir Popov.

“A lot depends on navigators’ professionalism and efficiency, their ability to react to various navigational and flight tasks,” says Popov, who points out that only a human operator can find a unique solution to a problem that may arise during an “abnormal situation” that does not fit into algorithms of onboard systems.
