"The Kiev regime has done this many times before," he added.

"Unlike the Belgian prime minister, who warned Kiev against flying F-16 fighter jets in Russian airspace, the Netherlands will not impose such restrictions," Ollongren was quoted as saying.

"The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia sent additional requests to the competent authorities of the United States, Germany, France and Cyprus in connection with terrorist acts and related criminal acts committed on the territory of Russia against the interests of Russia and its citizens, including in connection with an act of international terrorism — by undermining the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines," spokesman Andrey Ivanov told reporters.

"The Akhmat special forces are a unit that has been on the front line since the very first days [of the special operation]. We have never been in the second echelon. We have never been behind anyone. And in this regard, of course, it is very pleasant and flattering that we have been sent to this area," he said.

"It resorted to more or less short range rockets and missiles. And lately, in the last two months, showed its capability to shut down the big Israeli Hermes-500 armored drone. As I mentioned before, there is a gradual escalation in referring to more and more modern and sophisticated weaponry from Hezbollah."
