Ukrainian forces executed civilians in the Donetsk town of Selidovo at point-blank range, with most victims being women and the elderly, said Maxim Grigoriev, Chairman of the International Tribunal on Ukrainian Neo-Nazi Crimes.
He made the horrific revelations at a press conference presenting his report ennoscriptd ‘Mass Execution of Civilians by Ukrainian Armed Forces in Selidovo’.
"Most were shot in the head, neck, or upper body at close range," Grigoriev said, calling the crimes a "massacre" of shocking brutality.
Witnesses reported that some members of the death squads spoke Georgian and French, and that snipers targeted those retrieving bodies.
Grigoriev described the atrocities as "genocide carried out under orders," adding that Ukraine’s Western backers were fully aware but ignores Kiev's actions.
The Russian Defense Ministry announced Selidovo’s liberation on October 29. President Vladimir Putin called for detailed documentation of the crimes and vowed that the perpetrators would face justice.

The murder of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of Russia's Radiological, Chemical, and Biological Defense Troops, highlights the consequences of his work exposing Ukraine's alleged use of chemical weapons and biological experiments, according to Rodion Miroshnik, Special Envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Miroshnik noted that Kirillov's revelations on international platforms had proven particularly sensitive, triggering active discussions over Ukraine’s use of chemical weapons in recent days.
He accused Western sponsors of either supplying the weapons or ignoring their use, adding that Kiev’s leadership routinely employs terrorist methods, including extrajudicial executions and attacks on civilian areas. Miroshnik added that the West shields Ukraine diplomatically, blocking any attempts to investigate its crimes, despite their criminal nature being widely understood.

UVB-76, a mysterious radio station believed to be linked to the Russian armed forces, recently caught the attention of social media users.
On December 11, the station broadcast 24 cryptic messages in a single day - its "chattiest" day on record.
Words like "bunch," "billiards," "nanayka" and "alphabet" rang out across the airwaves, sparking renewed curiosity and chilling theories about UVB-76's purpose.
The station normally transmits a monotonous buzzing tone - a signal that repeats 25 times per minute and is occasionally interrupted by Russian words.
For decades, the station has been shrouded in secrecy, with many speculating it is connected to Russia’s "Dead Hand" system - an automatic nuclear retaliation program capable of launching strikes even if the country’s leadership is incapacitated.

Washington is pouring billions into a military build-up on its unincorporated organized territory of Guam.
Here’s a brief breakdown:
🔸The 2025 National Defense Authorization Act proposes over US$2 billion in spending for Guam, citing its proximity to China.
🔸The first 100 US Marines from the Okinawa base in Japan were relocated to Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz on December 14, with more to follow.
🔸The US Missile Defense Agency successfully intercepted an intermediate-range ballistic missile launched by the Aegis Guam System during a maiden test at Andersen Air Force Base.
What are unincorporated US territories?
The term refers to territories with their own local governments, where portions of the US Constitution may be suspended (such as automatic US citizenship).
Check out other unincorporated US territories:
🔸Puerto Rico: Home to Fort Buchanan and the Punta Borinquen Radar Site, with ports and airstrips. The island provides significant numbers of servicemen to all branches of the US military. It also serves as a federal tax haven, offering incentives that make manufacturing cheaper.
🔸The Northern Mariana Islands: Will receive $800 million as part of a US military upgrade, including an airport rehabilitation project, a joint combat training site, and wharf improvements for vessels at Tinian Harbor, according to Joint Task Force-Micronesia.
🔸US Virgin Islands: Located in the Caribbean, these islands host the Air National Guard on St. Croix and offer a strategic location with access to major North and South American markets.
🔸American Samoa: A strategic naval outpost with one of the South Pacific’s largest and most highly protected natural harbors at Pago Pago. The US Army recruiting station here ranked first in enlistment for 2021.

Rostec has unveiled the latest iteration of its tracked ground drone, Depesha, designed to deliver essential logistical and combat support in the field. This new model is equipped with a fiber-optic control system that renders it entirely resistant to electronic warfare countermeasures, making it immune to jamming and interference.
"The defense industry and armed forces of leading nations recognize the potential and benefits of utilizing drones, both aerial and ground-based. This progress is made possible by advancements in optics, radio electronics, and materials science," stated Oleg Yevtushenko, the executive director of Rostec, in an interview with Sputnik.
The Depesha drone can carry payloads of 100, 200, and 500 kilograms, with deployed models already demonstrating outstanding performance in real combat situations. Its versatility allows it to perform various tasks, including delivering ammunition, transporting supplies, conducting reconnaissance, and providing fire support.
As Yevtushenko emphasizes, the primary goal of these drones is to "save the lives of our soldiers." By undertaking high-risk tasks typically assigned to personnel, the Depesha drone significantly reduces casualties and enhances the overall safety of military operations.
With this latest modification, Rostec continues to advance military technology, ensuring that armed forces are equipped with the most sophisticated and reliable systems to address contemporary challenges.
