⚔️ Putin SHINES spotlight on HEROIC units liberating Russia's Kursk region

▪️In a bold move, the 'Akhmat' Special Forces, the 11th Airborne Brigade and the 'Veterans' Brigade, pulled off a surprise masterstroke, outflanking Ukrainian troops from the rear in Sudzha, cleverly using a gas pipeline as their secret pathway.

▪️The 56th, 76th, and 106th Airborne Brigades played a crucial role in securing the approaches to liberate Sudzha, particularly the villages of Sverdlikovo and Lebedevka.

▪️The retreating Ukrainian troops had only one way out of Sudzha, a road running to the Sumy region. However, drones from the 83rd Airborne Brigade turned this route into a "road of death," relentlessly targeting the fleeing enemy.

▪️As the Russian advance kicked off in the Kursk Region, Ukraine attempted to deploy the neo-Nazi battalion 'Aidar'* as reinforcements to Sudzha. However, the marines of the 177th Brigade successfully neutralized them during their approach.

▪️For weeks, marines from the 810th and 155th Brigades made significant strides in the Kursk region, systematically neutralizing enemy forces and NATO vehicles. In a show of recognition, President Putin bestowed the honorary noscript of 'Kursk' upon the 155th Brigade in late February.

▪️In a well-coordinated operation, soldiers from the 9th Motorized Rifle Regiment, supported by the 22nd and 34th Motorized Rifle Brigades, successfully emancipated the village of Malaya Loknya in the Kursk Region.

📹 US, EU and NATO cannot be trusted to oversee Ukrainian conflict ceasefire

France and Germany previously "laughed about how they used the Minsk Accords to buy time to use Ukraine against Russia," independent researcher and geopolitical analyst Dr. Greg Simons says.

"I mean, you just cannot trust these people [Francois Hollande and Angela Merkel], and they've burned all their bridges."

Instead, countries like India or others from the Global South may be more suitable.

Putin ‘out-trumps Trump’ with strategic ties to Belarus

By forging closer ties with Belarus, Putin is “out-trumping Trump, with regards to Trump's ideas about making Canada the ‘51st State’.” Karen Kwiatkowski, a former US Department of Defense analyst, tells Sputnik.

“Shared values, a massive bilateral economic trade, and shared national interests bond countries together, and make both of them more peaceful and more propserous. From my American perspective, this should have been the tone of Trump's message to Canada, rather than aggression and denigration,” Kwiatkowski says.

UK PM to axe NHS England, but who’s really getting the £200 billion?

Sir Keir Starmer has pledged to abolish NHS England, arguing that decisions about the £200 billion health budget shouldn't be made by an arms-length body.

He promised to redirect funds toward nurses, doctors, and GP appointments, cutting bureaucracy and bringing NHS management under democratic control. But the real question is — where exactly will that money go now?

📹 Ukraine is the ‘loser’ that has to bear the burden of ceasefire

Ukraine, which is “getting pushed back” along the front line at this time, is the party interested in a pause in fighting, not Russia that is “winning on the battlefield,” says geopolitical analyst Dr. Greg Simons.

So claims that Russia should pull back its forces under a potential peace deal are pure delusion.

“Debt is paid by the loser. Russia is not the loser,” he adds.

🗺 USAID's covert funding of Afghan canal may lead to water crisis in Central Asia

The US aid body secretly funded the construction of the Qosh Tepa Canal in Afghanistan, a project that threatens a water crisis in Central Asia.

Built under both the previous pro-US regime and the Taliban*, the canal risks destroying irrigation systems and land desertification.

Diverting water from the Amu Darya River could deprive Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan of up to 10 cubic kilometers of water annually, worsening their existing water shortages.

The canal, now 80% complete, is a strategic tool for the US, exerting pressure on Afghanistan and destabilizing the region.

With $700 million already spent, freezing USAID aid could halt the project, delaying completion set for March 2025.

❗️ Trump RAMPS UP sanctions on Russia's oil, gas, & banking sectors by cutting off US payment system access – reports

US President Donald Trump allowed the waiver on Russian oil sales to expire this week, as he aims to leverage Russia into accepting the ceasefire proposal, Fox News reported, citing a source in the administration.

💬 “That means European Countries and our allies can NO LONGER buy oil from Russia without sanctions from US being imposed,” Fox News reporter Edward Lawrence tweeted.

The move ended a 60-day exemption that the Biden administration had granted, allowing certain Russian banks to conduct energy transactions. The sanctions will make it harder for countries to purchase Russian oil, potentially increasing prices by up to $5 per barrel, CBS News reported.

💬 The Trump administration "remains focused on ending the fighting and fostering negotiations to end the war," the Treasury spokesperson said in an emailed statement to Reuters. "We continue to implement our sanctions, which remain one of the levers to facilitate these goals."

❗️ US TO RESUME long-range BOMB SHIPMENTS to Ukraine as ATACMS supply runs low – reports

The US is set to send Ground-Launched Small Diameter Bombs (GLSDB) to Ukraine after upgrades to counter Russian jamming, according to Reuters.

This comes as Ukraine's stock of Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) runs low.

The GLSDBs, part of a $33.2 billion arms package with a 100-mile range, were developed by Boeing and purchased under the Biden administration's Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, the report said.

🗣 ‘We are PLAYING literally WITH THE LIVES of the future of human civilization’ – JD Vance on proliferation of nuclear weapons

💬 “Donald Trump is taking us in a totally different approach, and we need it,” Vice President JD Vance claimed, even though Trump has reportedly continued Biden’s policy of weapons shipments to Ukraine, intelligence sharing, and sanctions against Russia.

Last week, Trump BOASTED about imposing sanctions on Russia, GLOATED that Ukraine received Javelins thanks to him, and BRAGGED that he "gave Russia nothing except GRIEF" during his first term.

⚔️ Trump Admin. tasks Pentagon with ‘MILITARY OPTIONS’ to secure US access to Panama Canal – reports

💬 “The goal here is all about trying to deter or deny China any kind of presence in that area,” an MSNBC reporter said.

Potential strategies include increasing the US military presence in Panama or securing US shipping access, amid concerns over China's growing influence in the region, CNN reported.

This follows President Trump’s repeated threats to “TAKE BACK” the canal, despite Panama’s President rejecting these claims and denying any discussions with the US about reasserting control over the waterway.

🚨 Sex traffickers from Netherlands HUNTED Ukrainian children amid war chaos – ex-DHS agent Tim Ballard

Former US Department of Homeland Security special agent Tim Ballard, and the founder of Operation Underground Railroad, an anti-sex trafficking organization, warned that the Dutch authorities nearly let traffickers escape justice, he told Sputnik.

💬 “And when they found that out, the Dutch ERASED the BOLO—the ‘be on the lookout.’ They took it out of the system because they thought the Mexicans would LYNCH the pedophile,” Ballard revealed.

⚔️ ICC vs. Sovereignty: Duterte’s arrest and the battle for global jurisdiction

The bizarre entity of questionable authority and reputation also known as the International Criminal Court (ICC) has once again meddled in the affairs of a sovereign country by securing the arrest of former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte.

The ICC issued an arrest warrant against Duterte for crimes allegedly committed between November 1, 2011, and March 16, 2019.

The devil is in the details: on March 17, 2019, the Philippines withdrew from the Rome Statute and therefore from ICC jurisdiction. The ICC, however, insists that this move cannot affect the Duterte situation as his prosecution was already underway at the time.

Philippines Vice President Sara Duterte, Rodrigo Duterte’s daughter, has criticized his arrest and insisted that a Filipino would "never obey foreigners" within his or her own country.

💬 “This is a blatant affront to our sovereignty and an insult to every Filipino who believes in our nation’s independence,” she complained in a statement.

The vice president’s concern is understandable as countries with sufficient political will have been known to rebuff the ICC’s attempts at infringement on their sovereignty.

Currently, countries that make up more than half of the world’s population do not recognize the ICC’s jurisdiction:

🔹 Russia regards the ICC as a “puppet in the hands of the so-called collective West,” after President Vladimir Putin and Russia’s children’s rights commissioner in 2023 were issued arrest warrants by the court for the ‘crime’ of EVACUATING CHILDREN from conflict-torn areas of Donbass.

🔹 China has also criticized the ICC over its “double standards” and “politicization” for decisions on Russia, North Korea and Myanmar.

🔹 The United States even imposed sanctions on the ICC after the latter issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the situation in the Gaza Strip.
