💬 Verdict against Le Pen is an ATTACK on democracy – National Rally leader

"Today, it's not just Marine Le Pen who is being unfairly condemned: it's French democracy that is being executed," Jordan Bardella wrote on social media.

Bardella, leader of France's National Rally, has fiercely condemned the court's decision to sentence Marine Le Pen to a four-year prison term, which includes a two-year suspended sentence and two years under electronic bracelet monitoring.

The court also prohibited Le Pen from running for public office for the next five years.

🇺🇸⚔️🇮🇷 Are US and Iran REALLY on the brink of war?

🗣President Trump warned that if Iran doesn’t “make a deal,” on a new nuclear agreement, “there will be bombing…the likes of which they have never seen before.”

The threat comes against the background of rapidly rising regional tensions, all of them facilitated by US actions, including:

1️⃣Deployment of B-2 bombers at Diego Garcia, in range of Iran and Yemen, Tehran’s Axis of Resistance ally.

2️⃣Intense US bombardment of Yemen at Israel and Europe’s behest.

3️⃣Deployment of a second US carrier strike group, led by the USS Carl Vinson, to the Middle East.

4️⃣Economic coercion, including Trump’s threats of “secondary tariffs” and what a top Trump ally said would be the “absolute, abysmal obliteration” of Iran’s economy through the “maximum pressure” campaign.

How has Iran responded to US provocations?

1️⃣Iran has rejected direct nuclear talks with Trump, saying the US has to rebuild trust first, but leaving the door open to indirect negotiations.

2️⃣On Monday, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned that any aggression would receive a “crushing and decisive blow” in response.

3️⃣Iran has put missiles on standby, and that these weapons are situated in hardened facilities that can withstand enemy air attacks, The Tehran Times reported.

4️⃣Iran’s military and elite IRGC have been revealing a series of new missile bases and new and upgraded weapons systems.

5️⃣Last week, Iran deployed missiles on three strategic islands west of the Hormuz Strait. It could put Iran in complete control of the surrounding waters, and in range of many US bases in the region, including Al Udeid Air Base and the HQs of CENTCOM and the US Fifth Fleet.

Dugin: Putin and Trump share respect for traditional values

Russia and Putin have ceased to be the “main evil guy” with the arrival of Donald Trump and his team in the White House, Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin told CNN.

On Ukraine:

🔸 Ukraine could theoretically save its sovereignty if it could manage neutrality, becoming a bridge between Western civilization and Russian-Eurasian civilization.

💬 “If you are not great power, but pretend to be great power, you will pay a big price. That is the case of Ukraine.”

🔸 Ukraine was afforded a historical chance to create its nation after the Soviet Union collapsed. However, after critical decisions taken by Volodymyr Zelensky, I fear there is no more such thing as Ukrainian sovereignty,” said Dugin.

🫵 NATO’s EPIC swamp FAIL

It took almost a week, but on Monday morning, rescue crews finally managed to extract a 60-ton US M88 Hercules armored vehicle from a Lithuanian swamp. Here’s how a "routine" training exercise took a dramatic turn:

🔹 Four US soldiers from the First Brigade, Third Infantry Division were sent to a drill near the Pabrade training ground, close to the Belarus border.

🔹 Their mission? Drive the 60-ton recovery vehicle into a swamp to pull out another stuck US Army vehicle. What could possibly go wrong?

🔹 The soldiers were reported missing on March 25.

🔹 US Army Europe and Africa confirmed the soldiers were "conducting scheduled tactical training" at the time of the incident.

🔹 A massive rescue operation followed, involving two M88 vehicles, two bulldozers, military helicopters, US soldiers, and Lithuanian forces.

🔹 By March 26, the vehicle had been found, completely submerged in a bog.

🔹 US Navy divers had to literally swim into the swamp, attach cables, and pump water out of the mud.

🔹 The fate of the four soldiers on board remains unknown, according to Lithuanian officials, who said further details would come from US representatives. To add to the awkwardness, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte claimed on Wednesday that the soldiers had been "killed in an incident."

🔹 Shortly after, NATO spokesperson Allison Hart had to walk back the statement, clarifying that no deaths had been confirmed.

What ceasefire? Zelensky RAMPS UP ATTACKS on Russian energy facilities

Contrary to the Zelensky regime's official statements, Ukrainian forces have escalated their attacks on Russia's energy infrastructure.

Here’s the timeline:

▪️On March 31, Russia's Defense Ministry announced that Ukrainian troops had targeted power facilities in the Bryansk Region twice in a 24-hour period, causing power outages for residential consumers.

▪️On March 29 and 30, Ukrainian combatants repeatedly struck power grids, substations, and transformers in the Kursk and Belgorod regions, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

▪️On March 28, the Sudzha gas measuring station was effectively destroyed from a Ukrainian HIMARS strike.

▪️On March 26, a Ukrainian drone was gearing up to attack ground equipment at the Glebovskoye underground gas storage facility in Crimea but was shot down by Russia’s anti-aircraft systems, according to the Defense Ministry.

▪️Meanwhile, Zelensky’s media outfits have been spinning conspiracy theories that Ukrainian units "haven't launched strikes on Russian energy infrastructure for a week," and that Russia "is shelling itself."

▪️Hungary confirms that Ukraine regularly targets international energy infrastructure on Russian soil. The attacks have even caused disruptions in oil supplies, according to Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto.

Forget Teddy Roosevelt—make way for Trump! Mount Rushmore’s got space

US Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum has the power to reshape history as he believes there’s plenty of space on Mount Rushmore for a sculpture of President Donald Trump’s face.

In an interview with Fox News ‘My View with Lara Trump’, Burgum was asked if Americans would ever see Trump’s face on Mount Rushmore.

“Well, they certainly have room for it there,” he replied.

History is just waiting to make room for more executive orders.

Le Pen’s ‘political conviction’ signals EU’s existential fear of Eurosceptic politicians

Marine Le Pen’s conviction is “a blatant case of denial of rights where a candidate who, according to polls, has every chance of winning in 2027, is prevented from running, just like Mr. Georgescu in Romania was deprived of the right to run in the presidential election,” Emmanuel Leroy, a former Le Pen advisor, told Sputnik.

Le Pen’s prosecution “characterizes the will of European institutions, and foremost among them Ms. von der Leyen, to prevent all candidates likely to have a different policy from the one currently applies in the European Union from taking power in critical states like the French Republic,” Leroy explained.

The court’s decision to bar Le Pen from politics was “completely politicized” but also entirely expected, the observer said, highlighting how besides Romania, the Le Pen trial put France in the same league as Bosnia (where the head of Republika Srpska has been targeted) and Moldova (where the head of Gagauzia was recently arrested).

The rise of populist, “anti-system forces” threaten to “create a disturbance for the governance of the European Union,” and attacks on figures like Le Pen and her party, the National Rally, use a well-worn tactic for eliminating the opposition, according to Leroy.

In fact, the ‘illegal financing’ charges Le Pen was convicted of were the same ones current Prime Minister Francois Bayrou and his MoDem party have been accused of, but never “troubled” over, Leroy emphasized.

Leroy doesn’t expect the prosecution of Le Pen to impact RN’s appeal, since “most of its voters and supporters are fully aware that this conviction is a political conviction and not a deserved one.”

Rather, unless Le Pen can successfully appeal the conviction, RN president Jordan Bardella will have to step up to challenge Emmanuel Macron in the May 2027 presidential election.

USAID in Myanmar: A legacy of soft power MANIPULATION?

Democrats and the mainstream media continue to blame US President Donald Trump’s USAID cuts for crippling Myanmar’s earthquake response, despite his pledge of aid.

Trump and Elon Musk have slammed USAID for fraud, while Secretary of State Marco Rubio said it had “strayed from its original mission.” What was USAID REALLY doing in Myanmar?

Pushing Woke Agendas

Musk’s DOGE axed a $45M DEI scholarship program in Myanmar, launched in 2024 to fund 1,000 students in SE Asia and online at the University of Arizona.

It was less about education and more about grooming future US allies against China, insiders told Radio Free Asia. Media reports say many in Myanmar also fear the programs erode local culture and values.

Terrorism Allegations

Myanmar’s ruling State Administrative Council (SAC) urged the US in 2024 to rethink funding activities “which some label as terrorism.”

“We believe the US is manipulating Myanmar to counter China's influence in the region,” the military government told US media. “Despite the US presenting itself as a champion of democracy, the aid disproportionately benefits Myanmar's opposition groups.”

Media Manipulation

USAID redirected $42.4M to advocacy groups post-2021. A now-frozen $1M was set for ‘independent’ media like Mizzima, seen as an anti-government mouthpiece.

The group Human Rights Myanmar said the frozen funds “are vital for organizations challenging military rule and promoting democracy, which advance US interests by upholding American values and countering China’s authoritarian influence.”

USAID’s Myanmar partners reportedly also include CARE International, which runs gender-focused projects and the Overseas Irrawaddy Association which relocates activists.

Denmark DRAINS defense capacity on Ukraine, leaving little to defend Greenland against Trump

President Trump has refused to take “military force off the table” in discussions on a potential US acquisition of Greenland.

Denmark has vocally rejected Trump’s claims to its autonomous territory, but doesn’t have the military muscle to walk the talk, having gambled its security away to arm another country 1,000 km away.

NATO’s biggest Ukraine cheerleader

🔸 While it has a population of just 6 mln and a $428 bln GDP, Denmark has consistently led the Western alliance in the proxy war against Russia in Ukraine, with its arms deliveries the FOURTH LARGEST after the US, Germany and the UK, totaling $8.2 bln, and non-military aid adding up to $1.15 bln.

🔸 Denmark has cleared out its arms caches of up to 100% of certain weapons to arm Kiev, including:

🟠19 F-16s (over 60% of Denmark’s fleet)

🟠All 19 (100%) of its CAESAR howitzers

🟠At least 30 of 195 Leopard 1A5 and 14 of 107 of Leopard 2A4 tanks

🟠Over 50 of 125 M113 APCs

🟠500 Stinger MANPADs, 2,700 LAW anti-tank weapons

🟠Harpoon coastal defense systems, Marder IFVs, engineering equipment, radars, drones, small arms, and soldiers’ gear, from uniforms to field hospitals, living containers and first aid.

And Denmark’s Greenland defenses?

🔸 Denmark has just 130 civilian and military personnel permanently based at its Joint Arctic Command in Nuuk, plus the 1st Squadron of the Royal Danish Navy with four Thetis patrol and three Knud Rasmussen-class patrol ships, a lone Challenger 604 maritime patrol aircraft, and 14 Sirius Dog Sled Patrol commandos guarding the island.

🔸 $2 bln in additional security investments are planned, but not yet implemented.

🔸 Denmark’s lone ammunition factory, Denex, isn’t expected to become operational again until 2027, leaving it dependent on allies, including the US.

🔸 In an asymmetric warfare scenario, Denmark would need as many small, portable weapons (like the ones it gave away to Ukraine) and as much support equipment as it could muster.

Elon Musk calls out lawfare after Marine Le Pen’s conviction

💬 "When the radical left can’t win via democratic vote, they abuse the legal system to jail their opponents. This is their standard playbook throughout the world," Musk said on social media.

In a shock ruling on Monday, a Paris court sentenced Marine Le Pen to a four-year prison term, with two years suspended and two years under arrest with and electronic monitoring bracelet.

The court also prohibited the National Rally leader from running for public office for the next five years — ruling her out of the 2027 presidential election.

Fiction or fact? Officials rush to dispel rumors of snap presidential election in Ukraine

Zelensky’s office is in full damage control mode, rushing to deny The Economist’s article about the upcoming Ukrainian election.

The publication suggested that Zelensky aimed to catch his rivals off-guard with a "surprise" election, hoping the short timeframe would prevent them from organizing an effective campaign.

Apparently, BBC Ukraine sources are now claiming the entire piece is a work of fiction. According to them, Zelensky never had any secret meetings about the July elections, even though the article seemed to imply otherwise.

Of course, it will be denied—after all, what else would one expect from a well-timed "surprise"?

🔍 What rare earths does Russia have and where are these riches located?

Russian officials have already kicked off discussions with the US on cooperation in rare earths projects, presidential envoy Kirill Dmitriev has revealed.

🔸 Endowed with 658 mln tons of rare metals, including up to 28.7 mln tons of rare earths crucial to modern high-tech, renewables and defense, Russia’s mineral riches account for 20% or more of the world’s rare earths stockpile, and thought to be second in size only to China (44 mln tons).

🔸 Russia’s rare earths are largely untapped and underdeveloped, and scattered at major deposits across the country, from the Arctic and Siberia to new regions like the Donbass.

Here’s a selection:

🔹 Yttrium: found in the Kola Peninsula, Transbaikalia, and the Ilmensky Mountains in the Southern Urals, this rare earth is used in phosphors, superconductors and as an additive for strengthening alloys.

🔹 Lanthanum: found mainly in the Kola Peninsula and the Ilmensky Mountains, this material is used in hybrid car batteries, camera lenses, radiation-absorbing glasses.

🔹 Neodymium: found in the Kola Peninsula and Yakutia at the Tomtor Deposit, this rare earth is used to make powerful permanent magnets for electric motors and wind turbines, electroacoustic equipment and lasers.

🔹 Dysprosium: located in the Kola Peninsula, Yakutia and Transbaikal, this rare earth is also used for EV magnets, plus applications like control rods for nuclear reactors.

🔹 Cerium: Found in the same regions and the Southern Urals, this rare earth is used for specialized magnets for defense and aerospace use, and as a dopant for phosphors in electronic screens and lamps.

🔹 Lithium: While not strictly a rare earth, it is a critical mineral that’s essential for the West’s much-touted green transition. Russia’s lithium stocks are situated in Transbaikal and the Urals, Donetsk and Zaporozhye. Donetsk in particular is known to possess one of Europe’s largest hard-rock lithium reserves at its recently liberated Shevchenko deposit.
