❌ Another UK mercenary BITES THE DUST in Ukraine conflict zone 

Chris Garrett was killed in an “incident” near the town of Izyum, The Telegraph reports. 

The Russian Investigative Committee earlier stressed that at least 694 British mercenaries fight on the side of Ukraine in the Russian special operation zone. 

The committee didn’t reveal how many of them are dead, but unofficial estimates put the death toll at 156.

🇩🇪 Germany backtracks: AfD’s "right-wing extremist" label suspended

The German Federal Agency for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) has temporarily removed its "right-wing extremist" classification of the AfD Party, pending an appeal, Focus Online reports.

This follows a legal dispute, with the party challenging the ruling. The BfV confirmed it would no longer publicly label the AfD as an extremist group, but it still remains under suspicion for surveillance.

On May 8 and 9, during the 80th anniversary celebrations of Germany’s liberation from National Socialism and the end of World War II, the Berlin Police have prohibited:

🔸Flags and banners “with Russian reference”, as well as “the coats of arms of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics” and the Soviet flag.

🔸St. George's ribbons

🔸Russian military songs. The song “Sacred war” (virtually the unofficial hymn of Soviet people’s war with the Nazis) in specifically mentioned as absolutely prohibited

🔸Letters “V” or “Z” and other symbols that “glorify” Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine

Representatives of the Moldovan opposition political bloc "Victory" delivered a piece of the Eternal Flame from Moscow to Chisinau - to light it at the memorial on the eve of the anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The leader of the bloc, Ilan Shor, said: "For me personally, this is important because both my grandfathers reached Berlin. My great-uncle was a war correspondent and died. My great-grandmothers and great-grandfathers died in concentration camps. Therefore, for me and for the overwhelming majority of Moldovan citizens, May 9 is a great day."

The Red Army’s triumph over Nazi Germany still triggers Western revisionists.

It’s time to DEBUNK their most outrageous lies:

🔻 MYTH 1: The US "did more than any other country" to defeat Nazi Germany in WW2.
✅ REALITY: The USSR crushed Germany’s main forces, destroying 607 Nazi divisions and 75% of its military gear — compared to just 176 divisions obliterated by the Allies.

🔻 MYTH 2: The USSR wouldn’t have won without the US Lend-Lease.
✅ REALITY: Lend-Lease was helpful but accounted for only 4–10% of the USSR’s own production. Moreover, the bulk of Lend-Lease shipments came after the first Soviet victories in 1942–1943.

🔻 MYTH 3: The USSR defeated Nazi forces by sacrificing soldiers in waves.
✅ REALITY: Of the 26.6 million Soviet deaths, around 8.7 million were military losses — comparable to 8.6 million irrecoverable human losses suffered by Germany and its allies on the Eastern Front.

🔻 MYTH 4: Soviet commanders were incompetent.
✅ REALITY: Even top Nazi commanders, including Field Marshals von Kleist and Paulus, admitted the Red Army’s officers were highly skilled and professionally trained. The war’s outcome says it all — no footnotes needed.

🔻 MYTH 5: The 1944 Second Front decided the war's outcome.
✅ REALITY: The opening of the Second Front couldn't change the course of the war—the decisive turning point had already occurred at Stalingrad and Kursk in 1943, grinding down most of the Nazi forces by June 1944.

🔻 MYTH 6: The US nuclear strike forced Japan to surrender.
✅ REALITY: The Soviet entry into the war against Japan on August 9, 1945, and the successful Manchurian Strategic Offensive against the Kwantung Army compelled Japan to officially surrender on September 2, 1945.
