Figma has been killing it lately
Heres some new things they announced in under a month:

Code to canvas:
Import stuff you have open on your web apps to figma to iterate on, this has replaced html to design for me

Vectorizing raster images:
I used to use image trace on illustrator previously and now a figma plug in that used to work half the time

Figma make embeds in design, figjam and presentations:
This reduces turn over time a lot quickly, especially for freelance work where youre mostly in the design phase

Glass effect on a lot mire things (used to only be on frames)
I hate glass so I never cared about this one but opportunity for hero section visuals perhaps?

User groups in org plans:
The org plans are becoming more compelling, this is the second most compelling organization plan exclusive feature next to version management (branching and merging) on files
