Between 1930 and 1972, about 33% of the House of Representatives changed hands every rolling 10 years, and about 20% of the US Senate.
Right before the Take Down of the US on 9/11/2001, 51.72% of the House changed hands and 39% of the US Senate. That number plummeted back to 33.79% in 2008 for House and 27% for US Senate.
The House of Representatives and US Senate turnover leading to 9/11/2001 was the highest on record.
Fast forward to today, the US House has had 52.87% Turnover and US Senate 28%. It appears as though the House of Representatives once again represents the Will of the American People!

What should the repercussions be to the .@CIA and its agents if they target and kill/ or permanently injure an American on US soil without due process (excluding the cases in which they fabricated evidence of course)?

1) Should never have existed

Perhaps this is why the CIA might have put at least 3 sets of agents within 1 mile of my home (they recently may have purchased homes after the 2020 election findings I made public). I wouldn't be surprised if one had the last name Bush as a big FU to me for calling out that war criminal!

One of the fastest ways to better understand / decipher who was behind some of/ most of voting irregularities of the 2020 Election, as well as previous elections going back to 2000, is to examine voter profile records of the RNC. There are special fields (likely hidden or deleted now) that were likely used to interact with software to "assist" in a particular outcome. These records and systems were coordinated across State lines. It would be worthwhile to examine every Institution/Donor that had access to Nationwide Voter Profile Data. The data is not cheap, but it is affordable to any Billionaire (costing as little as $250,000). Billionaire Donors who have the data should be at the top of the list of any investigation.

How do take control of the politicians of any Nation?

Electric Shock Treatment through their own electrical wiring in their homes (coordinated through nano-wires, nano-paints (used to guide lasers). (Have teams break in and install when they are traveling) Once they are in a state of perpetual stress and agitation, re-programming can be begin.

Take the time send in lots and lots of RF signals from every frequency into their mind that has been fractured. Ideally, this is done during the break in via installed inverters, amplifiers and other gear. As a back up, be sure to buy up all homes within 500 feet or so, so that "other" directed technologies can be beamed into their brains.

Running a sample of "MEGA donors" most popular candidates donor list versus their "staff" is a quick way for you to decipher what really has been going.
