For those who do not know. In August 2023, Union Pacific Railroad reported that 30 tons of aluminum nitrate went missing from a hopper car during a shipment from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Saltdale, California.

The hopper arrived in Saltdale empty two weeks after leaving the Dyno Nobel explosives plant in Cheyenne on April 12. An investigation concluded that the material was lost due to a leak during transit, with the railroad believing the ammonium nitrate fell in small pellets over the 800-mile trip.

The Federal Reserve doesn't respect state rights for banks to adhere to their own charter outside the control of Washington DC.
