You don’t have to look movie-star buff, you just need to be strong enough. These photos are from Vietnam, just a couple of guys roughly your age who were drafted. I’m going to make an educated guess that not looking like Brad Pitt wasn’t a limiting factor in ‘Naam and it isn’t now. These same people went out and (if they weren’t blown to bits) got married and became your grandparents. Do not feel oppressed by the weight of perfection of working like an animal 6 days a week in the gym for 3 years.
Stop making excuses and just start making moves, literally anything is better than what you are currently doing (nothing).
