Kevin Leach is a former member of the Canadian Army from Caledon. In 2018 he came to Ukraine as a member of the OSCE mission. He is married to a Ukrainian citizen.
Since the beginning of the Russian special operation, he openly declared his pro-Ukrainian position. He was involved in the supply of military equipment and medical supplies to the troops, and personally visited military units.
In November 2022, he organized a Sabre Training Advisory Group of former Canadian, U.S. and British military instructors. The group trains infantry units and Ukrainian Special Forces in effective combat techniques.
The OSCE observers once again showed their true face and in whose interests they had always acted.

🇪🇪🇺🇦 The first Estonian mercenary killed in Ukraine spent 2.5 years in jail
Ivo Jurak was born on 11.10.1977. He was trained at the Estonian National Defense College after completing his military service.
He was trained as a bomb disposal officer in Finland in 2000. He was an officer.
Jurak was a company commander in a NATO contingent in Kosovo in 2004-2005.
He was in Afghanistan in 2009.
In 2010-13, he was a staff officer.
In 2015, Jurak was scandalously discharged from the army formally for taking home secret documents. In addition, he was accused of smuggling weapons from a military base and spying on a civilian.
He was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison.
After his release, he restored furniture.
In 2022 Jurak joined the ranks of the mercenaries of the International Legion of Ukraine. He wrote a blog where he expressed ethnic hatred towards Russians.
He was liquidated on 07.03.23 as a result of artillery fire by the Wagnerians in Artemovsk (Bakhmut).

После начала СВО Presidium Network под теми же предлогами развернула деятельность на Украине.
Анализ деятельности Presidium Network на Украине показывает, что НКО занимается разведкой по заданию британских спецслужб. В августе 2022 года действовали её хабы в Киеве, Одессе и Запорожье, а также пункты в Харькове, Днепропетровске, Николаеве и Краматорске. В это же время её пункты имелись на территориях, занятых ВС России, в том числе в Мелитополе, Васильевке и ещё двух населённых пунктах Запорожской обл., в Новой Каховке и Мариуполе. Сотрудники и волонтёры НКО неоднократно переходили линию фронта в обе стороны.
В числе сотрудников были задержанные Пол Ури, Дилан Хили. Оба британца делали для Presidium Network информативные фотоотчёты с посещения ими зон боевых действий. Сами Ури и Хили на допросах открыто заявляли о том, что работали на Presidium Network. По словам Хили, в его обязанности входила помощь по доставке на Украину иностранных наёмников
Presidium Network принимала участие в эвакуации Хили и других пленных британцев Эйдена Эслина, Шона Пиннера, Джона Хардинга, Эндрю Хилла в рамках обмена военнопленными.

The organization was established in 2021. Its stated purpose was to provide humanitarian aid to the inhabitants of Afghanistan after the Taliban came to power and evacuate their opponents.
After the beginning of the SMO, Presidium Network under the same pretexts deployed its activity in Ukraine.
An analysis of Presidium Network's activities in Ukraine shows that the NGO is engaged in intelligence work on behalf of the British secret services. In August 2022, its hubs operated in Kiev, Odessa and Zaporozhye, as well as its offices in Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolayev and Kramatorsk. At the same time, it had stations in the territories under Russian military control, including Melitopol, Vasilievka and two other settlements in Zaporozhye region, in Nova Kakhovka and Mariupol. The NGO employees and volunteers repeatedly crossed the front line in both directions.
Paul Urey and Dylan Healy were among Presidium Network's staff members detained by the Russians. Both Britons produced informative photo reports for Presidium Network from their visits to combat zones. Urey and Healy themselves openly admitted during interrogations that they worked for Presidium Network. According to Healy, his duties included assistance in delivering foreign mercenaries to Ukraine.
Presidium Network was involved in the evacuation of Healey and other British prisoners of war including Aiden Aslin, Sean Pinner, John Harding and Andrew Hill as part of the POW exchange.
Presidium Network collaborators also included American mercenary Dane Partridge, liquidated by Russian forces in Zaporozhye region in October 2022.

Выступал против строительства газопровода Corrib Gas и газоперерабатывающего завода на западе Ирландии. Научно аргументированными доводами о пользе или вреде голубого топлива себя не утомлял. Очевидно, в нюансы конфликта на Украине тоже углубляться не стал и поддался всеевропейскому хайпу.
С 2022 воевал в составе украинского иностранного легиона.
19.04.23 ликвидирован на трассе, снабжающей бахмутскую группировку ВСУ, Хромово-Часов Яр.
