- Johannes Kaiser, of the far-right National Libertarian Party: 13.9%,

- Evelyn Matthei, of the center-right Independent Democratic Union: 13.2%,

- Other: 3.2%.

🇨🇱⚡- Jeannette Jara, of the radical-left Communist Party, and Jose Antonio Kast, of the right-wing Republican Party, advance to the runoffs on December 14th.

Johannes Kaiser and Evelyn Matthei have endorsed Kast in the second round.

"The change concerns the voting procedure and implies that, similar to local self-government elections, voting in the parliamentary elections of Georgia will only be possible within the state borders of Georgia," - Shalva Papuashvili.

🇺🇦🇫🇷⚡- Following the Ukraine-Sweden deal in which Kiev will buy 150 Gripen jets, Ukrainian President Zelensky met with his French counterpart Macron, with Ukraine placing an order for 100 Rafale jets.

🇸🇾🇨🇳⚡- BREAKING: Syria intends to hand over Uyghur fighters to China, AFP reports.

The announcement comes during Syrian Foreign Minister al-Shaibani's visit to China.

Uyghur fighters fought in Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, Ansar al-Tawhid (HTS-allied), Turkistan Islamic Party (Turkey-backed), and Kata'ib Turkoman (SNA-allied).

🇩🇪🇮🇱⚡️- Following the ceasefire in Gaza, the German government will lift the partial suspension of arms exports to Israel beginning November 24th.

The partial suspension which began in August was put in place due to Israel's expanding operations in Gaza, and aimed to restrict military exports which could be used within Gaza.
