🇺🇸🇨🇩🇷🇼 - The Rwanda-DR Congo peace deal:

- Parties agree to the following terms to ensure respect for territorial integrity and the promotion of peaceful relations.
- The Parties shall take all possible measures to ensure that all armed groups [in reference to the pro-DRC Wazalendo and the pro-Rwanda M23] within the conflict area cease engaging in hostilities.
- The Parties shall immediately and unconditionally cease any state support to non-state armed groups [Wazalendo and the M23].
- The Parties shall work together and with regional and international partners to promote stability, security, and development in the region.
- The Parties shall facilitate the return of refugees, internally displaced persons, the provide humanitarian assistance.
- The Parties shall support and promote the efforts of multilateral peacekeeping, inter-positional, and verification forces, such as MONUSCO.
- The Parties shall launch expanded cooperation in various economical fields to enhance integration of the two economies.
- Any dispute arising from the implementation of this Agreement shall be resolved amicably between the Parties with the facilitation of the Joint Oversight Committee upon request of either party.

🇺🇦🇮🇪⚡️ - Four unidentified drones violated a no-fly zone at a Dublin airport as Zelenskyy’s plane arrived on Monday night. It is understood the drones attempted to interfere with the approach of Zelenskyy’s aircraft.

After Zelenskyy’s plane arrived, the drones left the area and then began to circle an Irish Navy vessel, LÉ William Butler Yeats, secretly deployed for his visit. 

Sources claim the drones originated from the northeast of Dublin and flew for up to 2 hours, and an investigation was started to determine if the drones' origin was from land or from a ship. 

Irish forces decided not to shoot down the drones, although they lacked any effective measures to do so.

After 24 hours of violent clashes, M23 have finally captured the town of Katogota, which lies directly north of the major town of Luvungi - Uvira direction, South Kivu region, eastern DR Congo.

Pro-Congolese sources report at least 40 Burundi military personnel have been captured as prisoners of war by the M23.
