There’s a gang of youths calling themselves “The Somali Boys” that hang around Hay Hill in Norwich city centre. They beat this kid up with metal poles and he had to go to hospital for his injuries. They literally go around at night making sure everyone knows they rule the city. Even trying to intimidate women.
