The state forced me to plea out, or my family would've lost everything if I continued to face incarceration. This resulted in a situation where until I pled out, I was unable to help or provide any financial assistance as the main provider. 

I now have a chance to procure evidence released to attempt to clear my name and restore some of my rights that were taken in the process. I may also be able to be to regain contact and visitation with my children as well."

You can't take a small crew of green boys into a situation in a place notorious for hands off policing where hostile Antifa/Proud Boys (same thing in Portland) are going to be there in much greater numbers.
