Just got home a few minutes ago. what an unforgettable event. From the speakers and workshops to the hackathon and games everything was amazing. I had conversation with 20+ incredible people, including @ahlumina, @zaya_journal, @Merrys_Journey, @dot_ruth, @Emetonia and finally i met my biggest inspiration @Dagmawi_Babi

Everyone has their own social battery. Some people are introverts, some are extroverts, and others are ambiverts. The difference lies in how that battery gets recharged. Introverts recharge when they are alone, but that doesn’t mean they should isolate themselves. being introverted doesn’t equate to being shy. You can network, do what you need to, and then go home to refill your energy. Extroverts recharge when they are with people but even for them too much socializing can drain their battery. As the saying goes ማርም ሲበዛ ያቅለሸልሻል too much of even the sweetest thing can overwhelm. Ambiverts on the other hand recharge depending on the situation so the key is choosing wisely which social events give energy and which ones drain it. So yeah know your limits, respect your battery, and recharge in the way that works best for you
