On September 28, 2020, FLEX Alumni Uzbekistan celebrated the Future Leaders Exchange program and those who made the exchange possible! An online event was organized by the FLEX Alumni office in Uzbekistan.
A virtual reunion was full of nostalgic moments and laughter. Alumni shared their Exchange stories, fun moments which they carry in their heart until now. A fun trivia game was played among alumni during the event. Alumni got to recall their memories and knowledge about the FLEX program.
At the end of the event, they all got a FLEX Appreciation Day 2020 E-card which they will sign electronically and send to someone who made their exchange unforgettable and unique. Participants were also gifted with FLEX T-shirts on behalf of this event.

Vazira is a founder of “Armadaway” LLC providing language services specifically in tourism; marketing research and export-import operations. Besides, she is actively engaged in mutually beneficial cooperation with republican and foreign research institutions, comprehensive expansion of technological and investment cooperation with foreign countries.
“I am sure that, taking part in this program will boost my natural business instincts, and leadership skills, enhance my ability to engage in an active role to improve my business as well as the community. I will become a better and more persuasive business lady and I will learn the techniques of professional entrepreneurship and reinforce my inspiration to take time out of my life to benefit others” says Vazira.

Primarily, his focus goes on to tech-entrepreneurship, business education, and consultation. Aziz is a founder of several projects: HR-Box - a recruitment tracking system for HRs, CareerHUB - a university platform that bridges the gap between students and employers, other successful projects in Uzbekistan, and beyond.
He has also initiated and established the first innovation and entrepreneurship lab among the universities in Uzbekistan called “innoWIUT Entrepreneurship Lab” under Westminster International University in Tashkent, which is aimed to empower students and academicians of the university to realize their business projects by actively engaging local and international entrepreneurs and experts.
