Listen, my dear ADHD folks (and everyone with any disorder or mental problems here really), the world could be cruel, as well as people. But also people could be very nice, compassionate, help you with something you need to do or just support you mentally. In my experience support and feeling of being part of community, not just being a zebra person, are very important, so I hope you have or find your tribe of zebras who would not mock you and be like: "I forgor too 💀" and it's going to be alright ❤️
