今日成果：
1. Git Service 单独具有一个 Static IP，做了 SSH 的 forwarding，HTTP 通过 Ingress 转发。
2. HTTPS 使用 GTS 签发证书并由 Nginx Ingress Controller 提供服务
后续玩好 GKE 网络拓补结构，还能实现 IP 绑定 Cloud CDN
