Israeli forcing are evacuating a number of homes of their residents after surrounding a building in the Khallet Al-Sawha neighborhood of Jenin.

An Israeli Air force (IAF) helicopter is flying over Tulkarm. There are also reports of infantry build-ups in part of the Tulkarm Refugee Camp.
