Ukrainian UAVs attacked the Splav State Research and Production Enterprise (GNPP) plant in Tula Oblast. At least one got through Russian air defence, and a large fire broke out at the impact site.

Ukrainian UAVs attacked Shaykovka Air Base in Kaluga Oblast. Explosions were heard and NASA FIRMS data picked up a fire. Tu-22M3 strategic bombers are based there, however based on previous satellite imagery, it appears that only fuel tanks holding lubricants are burning, although this will affect the flights of aircraft.
