An explosion was heard from Stetsivka, Sumy Oblast. This was probably a Kh-59/31P, or an Iskander-K.

Ukrainian channels claim interceptions

Activity was observed at the OTRK complexes near Liski, Voronezh Oblast and Bryansk City, Bryansk Oblast for over an hour and a half before the strikes. Very strange.

There's also a big Geran-2 drone attack on Kyiv Oblast ongoing at the same time. Partially for the purpose of air defence saturation.
