At least one Ukrainian UAV impacted a hotel in Rylsk, Kursk Oblast. A large fire broke out at the impact site. Ukrainian sources report that it was used as a temporary deployment point for Russian troops.

NASA FIRMS data has picked up a large fire at an airstrip in the village of Markiivske, Sumy Oblast, probably from a Geran-2 drone strike.
This airstrip is likely used to launch long-range UAVs at Russian territory.

The Sumy Oblast Military Administration (OVA) has announced mandatory evacuation orders for 11 more settlements in Sumy Oblast.
These are: Horobivka, Shtanivka, Voronivka, Yanchenky, Tsymbalivka, Shkurativka, Krovne, Mykolaivka, Rudnivka, Spaske, Kapitanivka. They are all within the yellow polygons on the map above.
This brings the total number of settlements under mandatory evacuation orders to 213.
