It seems some of these flights may be related to a new construction project at Engels-2 Airbase which began on March 23. This project is likely going to add additional parking spaces for Tu-95MS and Tu-160 Strategic bombers, as well as Su-34 and Su-35 fighters, similar to what is seen at Diaghilev Airbase in Ryazan Oblast.

Consequences of Russian KAB glide-bomb strikes on storage facilities in the town of Terny, Sumy Oblast. Lately Kh-31P and Kh-59 missiles, and KABs have been targeting Terny more and more often.

Hamas announces that after a round of consultations with various Palestinian factions in Beirut and Doha, they delivered their response to the latest proposal by U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff.
