New satellite imagery reveals that Russia's construction of reinforced concrete shelters for aircraft at Khalino Airbase in Kursk Oblast, which began in 2024, is almost complete. This will allow for the fighter jets to return there, which were forced to move to airbases deeper inside Russia last year after ATACMs and Storm Shadow missiles were supplied to Ukraine, and UAV attacks intensified.
