Following reports of a head-on Russian assault on Vuhledar and a video showing intense artillery bombardment of the town, there are reports that forward Russian units have entered southern Vuhledar in the area of the city hospital.
This is currently unconfirmed, but I will update you if anything comes of it.

Reliable reports from both Russian and Ukrainian sources indicate that Russian forces have likely captured all of Prechystivka in the Vuhledar direction. While there is no visual confirmation of these reports, it is highly likely that it is true due to the amount of people saying the same thing.
To recap on the events that were ongoing during the battle, Russian forces entered Prechystivka around 2 days ago, building on previous successes near the highway further east.
Little resistance was reported in the eastern residential areas; however, it appears that Ukrainian forces who were pushed to the village centre, put up resistance for about 36 hours, keeping the Russians at bay. They were then forced to withdraw to the eastern part of the village where more fighting ensued, before being pushed out all together.

There is currently yet another Russian Shahed/Geran drone attack ongoing in Ukraine. Drones are heading in the direction of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv Oblast while at least 4 drones are flying west through Zhytomyr Oblast. The ones in Zhytomyr Oblast will either fly to Lviv to attack what was targeted in yesterday's missile strikes, or will return to Kyiv.
New launches were also reported in the directions of Kherson and Sumy. Based on preliminary data and reports from civilians on the ground, there are at least 30 Shahed/Geran drones in the airspace of Ukraine.

And another Shahed flew to Belarus. This is the third day in a row when that has happened.
It will probably then fly from Belarus to Chernobyl, and then to Kyiv on a path a bit like what's shown on this map. This maneuver is likely done to evade Ukrainian air defence around Kyiv.

Russian civilian telegram channels are reporting that Ukraine has begun shelling the city of Lgov in Kursk Oblast. As Lgov is around 47km from the Ukrainian border, Ukraine has likely brought artillery systems into Kursk Oblast to fire deeper into Russia.
As Russia has strong surveillance over Ukrainian-occupied Kursk, I think we will see a slight increase in destruction of Ukrainian artillery systems.
This may also indicate that Ukraine is planning future assaults on the Lgov-Kurchatov highway.

Exclusive report: On the ground with the New Zealanders in Ukraine
New Zealanders are a small but dedicated part of the war effort in Ukraine. Tasha Black meets three of them, reporting from Lviv, Kyiv, and Dnipro.

We all doubted deepstate and laughed at them for their Niu-york map, but just today, a reliable Russian source reported that there is still a hotbed of Ukrainian resistance in the Phenol plant of Niu-york.
It appears that there is still a garrison holed up in the plant, a bit like a mini Azovstal. They are likely surrounded on all sides and under siege.

One of the two Shahed/Geran drones which flew into Belarus was shot down over Gomel by a Belarusian fighter jet.
The fate of the second drone is currently unknown.

Geolocated footage indicates that Russian forces finally broke through Ukrainian defences in the direction of the Siversky Donets Canal near Klishchiivka.
Following reports of this a few days ago, visual confirmation came out showing Russian infanty operating along the canal. This indicates that not only have Russian forces successfully occupied the "Tetris" fortification to the northeast but have also captured a series of previously Ukrainian held treelines on one of the highest points of the hills surrounding Klishchiivka.
Now that this position has fallen, Russian forces will have full surveillance over the newly formed salient in and around the ruins of Andriivka, and it may allow for a simultaneous push from three directions: The railway line, the heights, and the village of Kurdyumivka. A push from the heights will be the easiest option for Russia as it will be a downhill battle.
Overall, this is sudden and unexpected news, and it will be a big blow to Ukrainian morale if they see all their territory that they worked so hard to recapture during the failed 2023 counter-offensive be captured by Russia.

Ukraine has launched another UAV attack on Rostov Oblast. Several UAVs, likely launched from either Dnipro or Donetsk Oblast, flew over Luhansk Oblast and headed for Morozovsk. The first air defence operations were heard a couple of hours ago.

Meanwhile in Ukraine, Russia launched a smaller Shahed/Geran attack than usual. 2 drones are still airborne in the airspace of Ukraine, while the rest either hit their targets or were shot down.
Most of them targeted Lviv Oblast. It appears that Russia is still trying to hit the region in the aftermath of the large-scale missile strike two days ago which also targeted Lviv.
