NASA FIRMS data shows that large fires are burning at the Kozyatyn Locomotive Depot after it was hit by Kh-101 cruise missiles and Geran-2 drones. A photo from the scene showing a burnt-out train corroborates this. Edit: The attached photo is from Kyiv, not…
Ukrzaliznytsia published clearer photos of the destroyed passenger train at the at the Kozyatyn Locomotive Depot in Vinnytsia Oblast. As usual, the camera is facing away from the impact point. The depot was targeted by both Kh-101 cruise missiles and Geran-2 drones.

In the early hours of this morning, a Russian BEK (sea drone) struck the Ukrainian Navy's medium reconnaissance ship “Simferopol” at the mouth of the Danube River near the southern tip of Odesa Oblast.

The Russian MOD claimed that the ship sunk, while the Ukrainian Navy Spokesperson Dmytro Pletenchuk confirmed the strike and stated that efforts to extinguish fires are ongoing. He reported that the "vast majority" of the crew are safe, but that one was killed, and several others are injured and missing. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.

The vessel is one of the largest in the Ukrainian Navy, even before 2022.

This morning, a large-scale Ukrainian UAV attack was carried out on the Kuybyshev Refinery in Samara Oblast. Despite Russian air defence activity from mobile crews stationed at the refinery, multiple drones were able to impact, and a massive fire broke out which continues to burn uncontained.

Deepstate's new update shows a large expansion of the grey zone (around 5.8km deep) in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast to the village of Novoselivka on the eastern bank of the Vovcha River. This is often an early indication of new Russian advances that have taken place.

They also showed additional grey zone expansions to the south, and Russian advances near Maliivka.

Ukrainian forces have recaptured the village of Nove Shakhove, Dobropillya direction, Donetsk Oblast.

Pre-war population: ~191.
Total land area: ~0.87km².

This is in part due to the redeployment of further Ukrainian reinforcements to the area. This, plus recent successful Ukrainian counterattacks in the Volodymyrivka-Pankivka area has threatened the Russian formations in the Kucheriv Yar salient with encirclement.

This is the approximate situation in the area right now. Both sides are at risk of being encircled by each other - the Ukrainians in the Volodomyrivka - Toretske salient, and the Russians in the Kucheriv Yar - Rubizhne salient.

Russian forces have somewhat stable logistics for their offensive towards Sofiivka, which they are trying to capture in order to cut off the vital stronghold village of Shakhove. The Ukrainians have even more stable logistics for their attacks to cut off the Russian salient from the east and have a well-functioning logistical hub in the form of Dobropillya.

The Ukrainians do not have good logistics in the Shakhove area, however. This is where they are trying to link up with the forces attacking from the west and transferred the 253rd assault battalion "Arey" of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army from Sumy Oblast to help with this.

Russian forces have captured the town of Udachne, western flank of Pokrovsk, Donetsk Oblast. Pre-war population: ~1,633. Total land area: ~3.41 km². The battles for Udachne lasted approximately 225 days.
Because Udachne is confirmed to be under Russian control, I think I should mention that according to my information, as of a few days ago, Ukraine is still "unofficially" extracting coal from the Pokrovsk Coal mine, north of Udachne. At that time the mine was approximately 1 km from the frontline. Now it is around 500 metres away.

The same is happening at the mine in Bilozerske, around 9 km from the frontline. You may remember that Russian DRGs were operating on the outskirts of Bilozerske during the Zolotyi Kolodyaz breakthrough earlier this month.

This appears to be from some sort of unofficial agreement between the two militaries regarding specific mines, although any details are currently unknown.

Several Israeli airstrikes targeted the Houthi-controlled Yemeni capital of Sana'a. Strong explosions were heard, and large fires are now burning. The strikes coincided with a speech being delivered by Houthi leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi.

The IDF is yet to comment on the strikes, but they were reportedly carried out by both the Airforce and the navy.
