~10 Russian Geran drones were launched from Cape Chauda in Crimea and from Kursk.

As of the time of writing, there are still ~8 drones in the airspace of Ukraine. 1 returned to Kursk Oblast and another disappeared from the radar.

4 Gerans are flying northwest through Mykolaiv Oblast in the direction of Snigurivka, while the other 4 are flying to Myrhorod, Poltava Oblast and Chernihiv Oblast on a western course.

Explosions in Sumy. Geran attacks. This might be the drone which returned to Kursk.

Yeah it was. 9 Gerans were recorded over the airspace at once, up from 8.

4 new Gerans were launched from Cape Chauda, Crimea. They are flying through Bashtanka district of Mykolaiv Oblast.

5 Gerans are all heading for Kyiv Oblast. 4 are flying from Cherkasy oblast to Bila Tserkva district, and one is flying ftom Pryluky district, Chernihiv oblast to Obukhiv.

Meanwhile one new Geran was launched from Kursk Oblast and is flying over Sumy Oblast.

The other drones either hit their targets in Kirovohrad and Vinnytsia Oblasts, were shot down by Ukrainian air defence or were downed by Electronic warfare.

One of the Gerans is heading back to Cherkasy oblast. It will probably circle beteeen a Cherkasy and Kyiv until the morning, so unless anything new happens (such as successful hits or new launches) I’ll stop reporting on the drones for the day.

The probability of a large-scale missile attack involving Tu-95s also seems very low.

Massive explosion in Tver Oblast, Russia, after a Ukrainian drone reportedly struck an ammunition warehouse. Secondary explosions are visible.

New Gerans were launched from Kursk. 5 flew through Sumy and Poltava Oblasts. They are now flying in the direction of Kaniv, Cherkasy Oblast. Air defence operations were reported in Cherkasy city. It is possible that some were shot down.

As for the other drone, it is flying through Zhytomyr a oblast in the direction of Rivne. It disappeared off the radar for 2 and a half hours. It could have flown into Belarus, but the Belarusian monitoring channel I follow didn’t report on anything. I’m honestly not too sure what happened as it must have flown over or near Kyiv, meaning that civilians would have spotted it.

This isn't official but from what can be gathered so far, 6 drones targeted the site of which 2-3 got through

Geolocated footage indicates that Russian forces have captured the town of Ukrainsk following a Ukrainian withdrawal.

Russian forces were able to take Ukrainsk into a pincer, threatening to cut off the last sealed road supplying the town. This forced Ukraine to conduct a withdrawal from the central parts of the town, and the Ukrainsk mine, retreating to the Terykon. Russian flags were also raised in multiple locations.

Russian forces have likely captured the Terykon, however there has been no visual confirmation of this yet. Ukrainian forces likely withdrew to the two strongholds (in blue) to the west.

Additionally, this Russian advance allowed the Russians to seize a major trench fortification (in red) to the southeast.

Now that Ukrainsk has fallen, it will open up the way for further Russian assaults on Hirnyk to the south, and Tsukuryne to the west.
