Russian sources acknowledge the intensified Ukrainian counterattacks in Kupyansk, stating that Russian forces are suffering high losses trying to hold ground.

Ukrainian attacks are aiming to recapture the western part of the city and push the Russians back to their original Oskil bridgehead to the north. Assault operations have been carried out in a coordinated effort on various parts of Kupyansk, including east of the Oskil River.

So far, the results are unclear, but we should receive some more conclusive information in the coming days.

Around an hour and a half ago, three Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers were redeployed from Olenya Airbase, Murmansk Oblast, to Engels-2 Airbase, Saratov Oblast.

These bombers were previously redeployed to Olenya Airbase from Ukrainka Airbase, Amur Oblast. They are likely already equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles and may carry out combat sorties from Engels-2 Airbase during the next large-scale, combined missile attack on Ukraine, rather than from Olenya.

Last night's Iskander-M ballistic missile strike on Mykolaivka, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, targeted a Ukrainian Neptune cruise missile launcher.

The last defense line of Ukrainian Army east of Huliaipole is broken.

A short time ago, Russian KAB glide-bombs struck the Voda Donbasu 110 kV electrical substation west of the city of Mykolaivka, Donetsk Oblast. Partial power outages are reported in Slovyansk.

Possible Ukrainian Neptune cruise missile flying from Karachev, Bryansk Oblast, in the direction of Kaluga.

Power has begun to return in Horlivka and Makiivka.

There is an increased threat of a large-scale, combined Russian missile and drone strike involving strategic bombers from Tuesday night/Wednesday morning onwards.

The 3 Tu-95MS I mentioned earlier ended up flying to Engels-2 Airbase, Saratov Oblast, to be equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles, before returning to Olenya Airbase, Murmansk Oblast. Currently, there are 4 bombers stationed at Olenya - it is unclear if the 4th is equipped with missiles or not.

Additional flights of Tu-95MS from Ukrainka Airbase, Amur Oblast, to Olenya Airbase will likely take place in the near future, along with redeployments of Tu-160s to Engels-2 Airbase, in preparation for the upcoming attack. Currently, only training of 1 Tu-160 and 1 Tu-95MS has taken place from Ukrainka and is expected to continue tonight on the usual training frequencies.

2 other Tu-95MS are stationed at Engels-2 Airbase. They are not yet equipped with missiles, as only 1 An-12 cargo plane has arrived at the airbase recently. This was used to equip the 3 bombers from Olenya, along with missiles already stored at Engels-2 from earlier deliveries.

A number of Iskander-M ballistic missiles have been delivered OTRK installations in Taganrog, Rostov Oblast, as well as northeast of Simferopol, Crimea. Iskander deliveries have likely also taken place to other areas too.

Accumulation of Geran-2 drones continues, with more than 350 drones stored at launch sites surrounding Ukraine for the upcoming attack. This number is likely to increase further over the next few days.
