Regarding the strategic bomber movements:

At least 2 Tu-95MS which reportedly took off from Olenya Airbase did not land at Engels-2 Airbase, which is unsurprising considering they were already equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles.

They likely either redeployed to Dyagilevo Airbase, Ryazan Oblast, or never took off at all.

Meanwhile, communications to strategic command and control in Moscow continues on multiple frequencies. Any departures from Olenya Airbase wont take place for as long as two hours.

Possible departures of Tu-95MS strategic bombers from Olenya/Ryazan Airbase. Clarifying.

3-5 Tu-95MS took off from Olenya Airbase. They are flying south through the Republic of Karelia towards their launch lines in Engels District, Saratov Oblast.

They are expected to reach the different launch lines in the following amount of time:

Engels District, Saratov Oblast: ~2 hrs 30 mins.
Kalachyovksy District, Volgograd Oblast: ~3 hrs.
Caspian Sea/Astrakhan Oblast: ~3 hrs 40 mins.

Additionally, 1-2 Tu-160M strategic bombers are reportedly airborne. If this is true, they will reach their launch lines in Saratov/Volgograd Oblast in ~3 hrs 10 mins.

Russia has chosen multiple pieces of energy infrastructure in Kyiv Oblast to strike with missiles and drones tonight.

These are facilities which have recently undergone repair work. They wont be the only places targeted.

For the next 80 minutes, there is a high threat to Kyiv Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and Kharkiv Oblast, from Iskander-M ballistic missiles.

The number of Geran-2/Gerbera drones detected in Ukrainian airspace has increased to over 150.

For now, the drones are flying in large chains in a westerly direction. They may turn north to Kyiv soon.
