The main targets for this strike was Ukrainian energy infrastructure. The following was targeted:
- Trypillya Thermal Power Plant, Kyiv Oblast (50.1339, 30.74764) by ~6 Kh-101s, ~4 Zircons, ~4 Iskander-M/S-400s, 2 Iskander-Ks, and ~1 Kh-59/69.
- CHP-5 Power & Heat and Power Plant, Kyiv Oblast (50.39403, 30.56928) by ~6 Kh-101s and 4 Iskander-Ks.
- CHP-6 Combined Heat and Power Plant, Kyiv Oblast (50.53188, 30.66309) by ~4 Iskander-Ms.
- Kirovohradska Power Plant (48.52900, 32.24572) + "Ukrainka" 330 kV electrical substation (48.50902, 31.97982), Kirovohrad Oblast by ~15 Iskander-Ms.
- "Vinnytska" 750 kV electrical substation, Vinnytsia Oblast (49.16467, 28.72255) by ~4 Kh-101s.
- Unknown target northeast of Kyiv City by up to 4 Zircons.

New sentinel satellite imagery reveals that most of the Iskander-M ballistic missiles aimed at Kirovohrad Oblast struck Kanatove Airbase, which is home to Ukrainian Su-24 and Su-27 aircraft.
Judging by the crater sizes, all of these were Iskander-Ms rather than S-400 ground-to-ground missiles. 11 impact craters are visible, and considering the fact that there are no known Patriot batteries operating in Kirovohrad Oblast, the other 4 missiles which were detected flying to the region probably impacted something else.
