Metula is one of the Israeli staging ground for ongoing operations towards the key town of Khiam.

Israeli airstrikes targeted Yazd and Tabriz in central & northwestern Iran.

Some of these rockets reportedly targeted Israeli troop concentrations south of Khiam, which the IDF is actively trying to enter and gain a foothold in.
