2 more Russian Tu-95MS aircraft departed from Olenya air base in Murmansk Oblast and are flying to Engels-2 air base in Saratov Oblast. This is also to equip them with Kh-101 cruise missiles. They will most likely return to Olenya air base in the next 12-24 hours. That will mean that at least 9 Tu-95MS aircraft equipped with Kh-101 missiles will be stationed there and ready for use.

Russia is gearing up for another large-scale missile attack on Ukraine. It will probably come within the next week, unless they are looking to unleash something massive.

Joint US-british airstrikes are reported on the Yemeni capital of Sana'a

Rocket(s) were launched from Gaza towards the Israeli settlement of Kerem Shelom - which is home to a crossing into Gaza. So far, one interception has been recorded.

⚡️According to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) the U.S. air force conducted multiple precision strikes against two Houthi underground Advanced Conventional Weapon (ACW) storage facilities within Houthi-controlled territories of Yemen. These facilities were reportedly used against U.S. Navy warships and merchant vessels in the southern Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.

IDF: Following the siren that sounded in Kerem Shalom, one projectile launched from the southern Gaza Strip was intercepted by the IAF. No injuries were reported.

Russian forces have reportedly continued to advance in Toretsk, capturing a Terykon and several more residential areas.

Any remaining Ukrainian formations in Pogrebki, Novaya Sorochina and Orlovka are now in an operational encirclement.

Following a series of advances on the flanks, the Sudanese armed forces have reportedly advanced north, along the western bank of the Blue Nile River, capturing the towns of Haj Abdullah, Sambatar and Al-Daniqila.

It appears that they are laying the groundworks for a final assault on the capital of the Al-Jazirah state: Wad Madani, which is a key RSF-held stronghold.

Geolocated footage and recent reports from reliable sources indicate that Russian forces continue to advance in the Andriivka direction and in western Donetsk Oblast.

In the north, Russian forces were able to capture one more treeline north of Novojelyzavetivka.

Further south, Russian forces crossed a tributary of the Solona river, and reached the eastern outskirts of Yasenove. They were able to advance down the Pokrovsk - Andriivka highway and captured Ukrainian trench positions. Russia also advanced down a nearby treeline south of Ukrainka.

And in the south, the Russians advanced from their bridgehead on the western bank of the Strashnyi river, and entered the village of Slovyanka, capturing most of it. This puts Ukrainian formations north of Slovyanka at a risk of encirclement due to the active movements near Yasenove.

Recent reports from reliable sources indicate that Russian forces have made a small advance on the western flank of Pokrovsk and took up new positions in the direction of Udachne.

After a week of relative quiet on this part of the front, likely related to Russia consolidating their new positions, Russian forces restarted assault operations and approached the mines. They were able to capture forest plantations north of Solone with at least two assault vectors.

A recent map update by the Ukrainian source "Deepstate" indicates that Russian forces advanced on the eastern flank of Pokrovsk, partially levelling out the frontline south of Baranivka.

After attacking in a pincer movement, Ukrainian forces appear to have mostly withdrawn from the small salient that was formed, with Russian forces taking up new positions in both the low-lying ground and on the local heights.

Ukraine still likely maintains a buffer zone in the fields between the Russian positions and Baranivka, but it is very small. Russia is in a good position to attack the village from multiple directions.

Geolocated footage indicates that Russian forces have advanced in the northwestern part of the Kursk salient, and entered the village of Nikolaevka, putting Ukrainian formations into an operational encirclement.

After collapsing the northwestern part of the buffer-zone around Malaya Loknya, Russian forces spearheaded a surprise advance downhill into Nikolaevka, entering the village. A Ukrainian Armoured Fighting Vehicle (AFV) conducted a fire raid on Russian positions in the houses in the central part of the village, confirming the Russian presence there. The southern part of the village remains in the grey zone.

This advance cuts the last road out of the villages of Novaya Sorochina, Orlovka, and Pogrebki, putting any remaining Ukrainian formations there in an operational encirclement.

The Armenian parliament has approved a bill to launch the country's European Union (EU) accession process.

Scenes from north of the besieged Sudanese city of Al-Fashir, where fierce fighting has erupted between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) once again.

Last night there was an armed attack in capital of Chad, N'djamena, where ~25 gunmen from the Islamist jihadist organisation Boko Haram, stormed the country's presidential palace. According to Chad's government, 19 gunmen were killed, and 6 others arrested.

Shortly afterwards, Foreign Affairs Minister Abderaman Koulamallah stated that “The situation is completely under control, there is no fear." and that “We are here to defend our president."

This comes as France withdrew its troops from Chad following the end of the military cooperation agreement between the two countries. Additionally, last week, the nation held parliamentary elections that were supposed to "help restore democracy," however the main opposition party boycotted them. Results are yet to be announced; however, President Mahamat Deby Itno is likely to consolidate his grip on power.

Earlier today, the Turkish armed forces were put on alert amid a reported troop build-up along the Kurdish SDF-controlled part northern border with Syria.

This comes as yesterday, Turkish foreign minister Hakan Fidan issued an ultimatum to Kurdish forces in Syria, appealing to the SDF to lay down their arms and leave the territory of Syria. It was said that if these appeals were ignored, a military operation by Turkish and Syrian troops (Presumably SNA) "could become relevant."

Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan earlier made threats against the Kurdish forces in Syria saying that they need to lay down their arms or be destroyed.

It's looking more and more likely that a Turkish invasion of Kurdish-controlled Syria is imminent.
