Last night, a Ukrainian drone struck a distillery in Tambov Oblast. A fire broke out at the arrival site. Not much is known about the attack.

Geolocated footage indicates that Russian forces advanced in the Pokrovsk direction and reached the southwestern outskirts of Zvirove.

They advanced in two directions. In the north, Russian forces advanced from positions in the forest plantations, to the first houses of Zvirove. It is unclear if they were able to gain a foothold, however.

In the south, Russia advanced down a treeline, reaching the railway tracks.

+ ~0.67km² in favour of Russia.

A recent map update by the Ukrainian source "Deepstate" indicates that Russian forces marginally advanced in western Donetsk Oblast, establishing a foothold in Uspenivka.

After fierce battles on the eastern approaches to the village, Russian forces were able to enter the first houses of the village, establishing control over some of them. From here, they will probably try to concentrate small groups of soldiers in these houses and push deeper into the settlement.

+ ~0.02km² in favour of Russia.

Geolocated footage and a recent map update by the Ukrainian source "Deepstate" indicate that Russian forces continue to advance in western Donetsk Oblast and reached the outskirts of Nadiivka.

After Russian forces captured the village of Novojelyzavetivka, they pushed further down the road to the west, and captured a small, disconnected group of houses in between the villages of Novojelyzavetivka and Nadiivka.

Further north, a wide advance was made, where Russian forces captured a forest plantation in the low-lying ground, as well as a 3.55km stretch of a treeline, part of which is on the tactical heights. Ukrainian sources report that Russia is pressing further west from these positions, in an attempt to pressure Ukrainian positions in Nadiivka from the north.

+ ~2.51km² in favour of Russia.

A recent map update by the Ukrainian source "Deepstate" indicates that Russian forces again advanced in Yasenove (western Donetsk Oblast).

Russian forces advanced from positions in the southeastern part of the village, down the southern street, reaching the western houses of the village, putting the rest of the village (except for an agricultural building on the northwestern outskirts) in the grey zone.

Ukraine has put up a decent amount of resistance in this settlement, likely due to its strategic position on the tactical heights. The next village over (Novoandriivka) is situated on lower-lying ground, which will make defensive operations more difficult.

+ ~0.11km² in favour of Russia.

A recent map update by the Ukrainian source "Deepstate" indicates that Russian forces advanced in eastern Chasiv Yar, and completed the capture of the Novyi micro-district.

Russian forces likely advanced from positions by the Chasiv Yar radio station and near the Zhovtnevyl micro-district, capturing the remaining Ukrainian positions in the Novyi micro-district. Ukrainian forces were previously in a difficult position here, with their backs against the forest, and at risk of being encircled due to Russian attacks to the southwest and west.

It's possible that they purposefully withdrew, to make a further withdrawal from the bunker and strongpoints in the forests easier (that's if - of course - they aren't already encircled there, which some claim they have been).

+ ~0.18km² in favour of Russia.

Russian forces have reportedly begun offensive operations on the village of Udachne, and are apparently gaining a foothold there.

Udachne is home to the Pokrovsk coal coking plant.

A short while ago, two Russian KAB glide bombs struck Kramatorsk city in Donetsk Oblast. Locals reported that their windows shattered from the shock wave. At least one plume of smoke was visible over the city. There were also reports of explosions near Kostyantynivka.

The head of the Lviv OVA Maksym Kozitsky reported that two critical infrastructure facilities were damaged in the Drohobych and Stryi districts.

During my monitoring, I recorded at least 4-5 cruise missiles enter Lviv Oblast (2 Kalibrs and 3 Kh-101s), although it is possible that one of these missiles (a Kh-10) struck Ivano Frankivsk Oblast.

Russian forces have reportedly advanced in the Andriivka direction, capturing most of a forested area as well as three treelines.

This contradicts the reports of a Ukrainian counterattack on the northwestern outskirts of Shevchenko.

Ukraine conducted another HIMARS strike on Russian-controlled Donetsk Oblast, targeting Donetsk city and Makiivka.

It appears that all rockets were shot down as no damage or strong explosions were reported.

Once again, Ukraine's missile interception claims don't match what was reported by monitoring channels and civilians on the ground.

At a bare minimum, there were 8 Kalibrs launched. I didn't notice any Kh-59s, although it's possible that there were some that got mixed up with the Iskanders. As for the Iskanders, there were around 8 launched, mostly targeting Kharkiv and Chernihiv Oblasts. There were also nowhere near 27 Kh-101s launched. If I had to guess it was around 12-16. They don't fly in big groups, and there were only 3 groups of Kh-101s recorded in Ukraine's airspace.

While I do think Ukraine's air defence did better in this strike than usual, due to the limited nature of the strike and the fact that Geran-2 drones weren't active at the time (as well as simply because the number of missiles recorded towards the end of the strike didn't match the total number when taking explosion reports into account), Ukraine's numbers do not correspond to reality - as usual.

Israel has once again stepped up its aerial bombardment of Rafah city and its surroundings in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. This, plus an increase in the reports of skirmishes, indicates that Hamas and their allied factions such as the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) have increased their presence in the ruins of the city.

Local Palestinian sources report that 12 people have been killed in Rafah as a result of the airstrikes in the past 24 hours - a significant increase from previous numbers.

Israel has also increased the rate of artillery shelling on different suburbs of the city, while localised bulldozing and clearing operations continue.

Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa:

“While we’re waiting for the ceasefire, it’s important to stress that it will not be acceptable for any entity to govern Gaza Strip but the legitimate Palestinian leadership and the government of the State of Palestine.”
