In Syria, the Suweida military council has announced their formation, declared de facto autonomy, and rejected integration with the HTS-led Syrian government. They vowed to build a "secular and democratic state", and to work with regional and global powers.
Commander of the Suweida Military Council, Tariq al-Shoufi:
"The SDF is a force that has defended its land and people against terrorism and dictatorial rule"
He also emphasized his wish to maintain strong relations with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

Regarding the situation in Bilohorivka:
Extremely fierce fighting continues in and around the village, with Russian forces making important progress, while Ukrainian forces put up significant resistance, and are counterattacking in some places.
As I have so much more information on this than I usually would, and to make it easier to understand the complex situation here, I will split this special report into three parts: The north - which is the main section of Bilohorivka, the centre, which is the "white mountain" area, and the south - which is the forests.
Starting off with the situation in the north, after capturing the bunker network at the backfill of the chalk quarry, Russian forces - as expected - began attacking down the south-westernmost street of Bilohorivka, clearing the ruins and basements from Ukrainian soldiers. After a while, they were able to reach the western end of the street, and almost immediately began assault operations on the treeline positions to the west.
Russian forces advanced along the raised-up ground through the treeline for over 200 metres, capturing new positions there. This advance allowed them to exert stronger control over the approaches to western Bilohorivka.
Meanwhile in Bilohorivka itself, fierce fighting continues, with the grey zone extending to the centre of the village. Some Ukrainian soldiers are still holding positions in the basements of houses there and are attempting to use the remnants of the forest just to the west for resuppliment and movement out of the positions. Russian forces from the 7th brigade are slowly clearing the western streets of the village.
Ukrainian forces are also attempting to counterattack in the area of the southern street, moving through the forest in the grey zone, and are trying to gain a foothold on the last street of Bilohorivka, although it appears that they are unsuccessful so far. Russian forces, possibly from the 1102nd regiment, are also attacking in this exact same area, attempting to reach the forest in the grey zone, capture the "eyelash" position there, and move through towards the larger forest further west which is under solid Ukrainian control.
In the central part, it turns out that Ukrainian forces maintain a few positions and dugouts at the western face of the "white mountain". It is unclear how they are resupplied, likely either with drones, or with resuppliment via the chalk quarry to the west.
Meanwhile, Russian forces from the the 12th territorial defence battalion advanced from the newly captured bunker network and gained a foothold on the southern end of a treeline. They then moved north, clearing Ukrainian trenches, and reached the northern end at the intersection with the longer treeline which I talked about earlier.
And, in the southern section, Russian forces from the 3rd battalion of the 7th brigade continued their offensive in a general northerly direction, capturing positions in the forests southwest of Bilohorivka.
They advanced down one treeline at the regional border between Luhansk and Donetsk Oblast, and entered the western part of the forest, gaining a foothold. They are now trying to move through the rest of the western part of this forest (which is in the grey zone), to the treeline to the north where Ukrainian forces are holding the defence and counterattacking in small groups.
Further east, Russian forces advanced from the other treeline in the area, capturing numerous positions in the southern part of the forest, pushing the rest into the grey zone. This threatens the resuppliment of the Ukrainian formations at the white mountain.
Russian forces also advanced to a treeline in Donetsk Oblast, gaining a foothold on the southern end of it.
+ ~2.30km² in favour of Russia.

Photos shared by a local in Sumy show what appears to be a new type of Russian drone. One of them struck a non-military car, while the other was flying down one of the city's streets and hit some branches.
The centre of Sumy city is over 30km from Russian-controlled territory.

🇸🇩 - In Sudan , the RSF shot down an IL-76 cargo plane in the south Darfur region.
The RSF are claiming the aircraft belonged to the Sudanese army, it is however good to remember that the RSF mistakenly shot down an allied cargo plane sending them equipment last year.

Puntland forces continue their offensive against the Islamic State in the Calmiskaad mountains of northern Somalia and are making slow progress.
Earlier today, Puntland forces broke through the Islamic State strongholds in the Curaar valley of the Calmiskaad mountains in northern Somalia, and captured a series of fortified positions and villages, including the important village of Sheebaab.
If Puntland forces can continue to advance northwest to the end of the valley, and capture the remaining hamlets there, then the Islamic State will effective be trapped in the mountains circled in orange.

Russian forces are increasingly targeting the city of Slovyansk in Donetsk Oblast with KAB glide bombs and airstrikes.
Last night's airstrike targeted School No. 4. Ukrainian authorities stated that it was a civilian building, while Russian sources reported that it was used as a temporary deployment point for Ukrainian units.
It is interesting to note, that the strike hit the central part of the rear side of the school, which would not have caused destruction at a significant distance. This is evident with the front and the western parts of the school not being destroyed. However, destruction was noted relatively far away from the building.
A Russian source, citing local reports said that the more widespread damage to civilian buildings was caused by the detonation of ammunition stored in nearby buildings.
Additionally, one photo reportedly shows a damaged Ukrainian military vehicle (circled in red), although this cannot be verified right now.
