Egypt's reconstruction plan for Gaza was accepted by the Arab League during the Gaza summit in Cairo. The European council also accepted the plan, however - according to the Times of Israel - The White House has opposed it.
The plan involves 53 billion being allocated to reconstruction efforts, without displacing Palestinians. This is partially aimed at countering U.S. President Donald Trump's displacement proposal.
The plan envisions a six-month administrative committee, made up of independent technocrats, to oversee Gaza under the Palestinian government (Palestinian authority), therefore paving the way for full Palestinian leadership of the strip. Egypt and Jordan will also train Palestinian police in preparation for deployment to Gaza.
Hamas expressed support for this plan, but did not mention the part about Palestinian Authority administration over the strip.

Al-Akhbar, citing "sources close to the Houthis" reported that the decision for the Houthis to resume naval and air operations against Israel "has already been made", and that the group is awaiting the go-ahead from Palestinian armed factions.
They also added that this second stage of operations will include targets such as American coalition military bases in the military east, if the U.S. participates in the fighting against Hamas or the "Axis of resistance".

👉 Last night was the first night that there were artillery duals and non stop sounds coming from the Sumy-Kursk border area all night long. The rumbles didn't stop, and probably still continue, but during the day it's not always easy to hear the distant battles.

According to Axios, citing two U.S. officials, the U.S. state department is unfreezing $95 million in military aid to the Lebanese Armed Forces.
If true, this would suggest that the Trump administration intends to strengthen the Lebanese military and the new government that took office in January of this year. It is also likely a way to weaken Hezbollah, decreasing its influence in Lebanon while also maintaining the ceasefire between Hezbollah and Israel.
The new Lebanese government has taken an opposing stance against Hezbollah. Their president, the (now former) commander of the Lebanese Armed Forces, Gen. Joseph Aounis is a long-time ally of the U.S. and has worked closely with the U.S. military for years.
In February, security officials blocked several international flights from Iran from landing, out of fear that they were transferring millions of dollars in aid to Hezbollah. This led to mass-riots in the streets surrounding the Beirut International Airport.
