Russian forces continued their assault operations in the Komar direction, and captured a number of positions southwest of the village of Dniproenerhiya.
Russian forces advanced west down a treeline and north up another, capturing the intersection between the two. They also occupied the northern end of another treeline which was in the grey-zone and captured positions on the southern bank of the Mokri Yaly River.
The Ukrainian fortifications south of the village of Vesele are now in the grey-zone.

Ukrainian forces are attempting to hold a defence by utilising the remnants of Russia's first scattered "line" of defence left over from the 2023 counteroffensive.

Russian forces advanced from positions in central Pyatykhatky, capturing the western houses, therefore completing the capture of the village. Russian forces then went on to attack Ukrainian strongholds in the small forest to the northwest, capturing it. 4 treelines to the west were also captured.
Additionally, Russian forces advanced from positions in western and central Pyatykhatky, and captured the southern agricultural buildings of the village of Lobkove. They also gained a foothold at the southern end of a treeline to the northwest.
Lobkove is the last village still at least partially under Ukrainian control that they seized during the 2023 counteroffensive.

The Al-Qassam brigades (armed wing of Hamas) claimed responsibility for launching two rockets at the Israeli city of Ashkelon yesterday, and released footage of its launch.
The IDF claimed that both rockets were intercepted, but footage published by local Israelis from right after the attack suggests that one may have either hit its target or struck an open area.
Shortly afterwards, the Israeli air force launched an airstrike on the reported rocket launch site in the Al-Furqan area of Northern Gaza, however Israeli channels reported that the launch took place from the city of Beit Lahiya to the northeast.
The IDF reported that the supposed launch site in Al-Furqan was not far from a cluster of tents sheltering displaced people.
